Being Cuban and living in NC is hard. The GOOD food spots feel almost intentionally hidden and after trying a series of ok to straight up horrible restaurants, this place feels like a miracle. The food is LEGIT and DELICIOUS! Fully Cuban Certified.
My husband and I enjoyed a quick brunch stop off at this road side food truck. We split the Cuban and Croqueta sandwiches. Both delicious! The bread is perfect and the pork was tender to bite in the Cuban. The croquettes were fried crispy with good texture and flavor inside. We had a cafe con leche and Guava juice to pair with it nicely. Service was quick with a smile, and it has nicely decorated and shaded picnic tables. Only downside is that the road is busy next to it but hopefully...
