Went at 9pm on a Saturday and they were busy but the line moved fast and the staff were very friendly. The lady told me they always have at least 4 vegan options - not all of them were labeled with a “v” so that was somewhat confusing. But they had 2 sorbets and 2 non-sorbets (peanut butter and chocolate brownie chunk in this instance). They also make vegan-friendly milkshakes using oat milk. Unfortunately they were out of oat milk when I was there so I was unable to get the milkshake I wanted. But the ice cream is good and honestly pretty well priced compared to other ice cream places nowadays. Just wish they had oat milk. Maybe next time.

Having visited Honeysuckle Gelato twice, I highly recommend it for the delicious varieties of ice cream. The staff has also been friendly and helpful in my experience. My only complaint is that, both times I visited, the sole restroom was out of soap and/or paper towels. Come on, guys! Stay well-stocked.

Me and my fiancée come to Fenton for one thing: the rubber ducks. But when we do, I always make sure to stop by Honeysuckle for the affogato. This time, I went with the fig and honey base—maybe not the best pairing, but it sounded fancy, so I got it.
Great location. Fun flavors. Good prices. Highly recommend the affogato.

A great quick option in the area. I stumbled upon Honeysuckle on complete accident and was surprised by not only the affordability, but also quality of the gelato. I would absolutely recommend for anyone in the area looking for a quick snack.

My husband and I frequently visit this ice cream shop on Sunday afternoons because we love their ice cream, but unfortunately, the customer service is terrible every time we go. The staff, who are usually young girls, act like they don’t want to serve customers. The lack of friendliness and enthusiasm is consistent, which really impacts the overall experience.
It’s disappointing that, even as regular customers, the service quality remains so poor. I believe the shop should take steps to improve customer service, especially given that their product is great. If they could match the quality of their service with that of their ice cream, it would definitely make the experience much more enjoyable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went for one scoop of ice cream and the girl was scraping the bottom if the barrel and I don’t even think it was 2 tablespoons of ice cream she handed me in a cone. She says “ thats a scoop” and I said thats insane. Handed it back and said for $6 no thanks.
