As (yet another) North East transplant I will def be coming back. tried so many places around and they have all been bad. Hong Kong hit just like it needed to. It's not perfect but when you want that northeast style take out Chinese it hits the spot just right. Lo mein was good, rangoons good, spareribs really good!
Hong Kong Chinese has the very BEST Hunan Shrimp I have ever had. And I have traveled to CO, TX, FL, MN and Europe. They turn over orders SO fast in their small kitchen. I suggest you take it home, to work, or a picnic table. No atmosphere. No room to diners. Very unsettling if you are accustomed to fine cuisine and a tidy spacious dining area. BUT THE FOOD......Is the best in the Triangle. Blessings little Hong Kong! Prices are very reasonable.
