I have eaten breakfast at the Cary iHop at least once a month for the past few years. Service and food have always been 5 stars.

Our server Tyler, was incredible. He was always attentive and kind, and gave us a great dining experience. Unfortunately, the manager David was extremely rude to my party. He wouldn’t let us push together open tables so I could sit with my friends, despite the fact that there was no one at those tables.

My waiter, Tyler, was excellent at his job. Despite the many customers at the time, he still managed to give us a great experience and a happy attitude. Unfortunately, the manager, David, was extremely rude to me and my party. We tried to sit within the same area as our friends, for which we have just came from a performance. Keep in mind, iHOP does not take reservations, (they didn’t the last time I was here which was Friday the 7th). We asked if we could have a table for two, next to our friends. The table was already bussed and ready for anyone to sit in, after asking, David, rudely scoffed that the table was “unavailable.” This made no sense as the table was still empty even when we left an hour later. Please take David out of his position and give Tyler a raise.

My eggs tasted like they came from the trash, spoiled or something. The bacon was barely cooked and very flimsy, the service was good though. Very friendly staff. Would I go back? No.

We had the worst service at this location. We waited for our food for over 30 mins. Never have I spent 90 mins at an IHOP, watching as tables all around us got seated, ordered, ate, paid and left, and we were still waiting. The server didn’t seem to know or be aware of what was happening.

Stopped in for a late breakfast. They were busy, but it was not loud. A relaxing atmosphere to start your day. I got coffee (which I don't usually do) and it was good. I got the breakfast burrito with the pancakes. It was more than enough. It had eggs bacon sausage cheese hashbrowns and hollandaise. The hollandaise was not overpowering. The pancakes were fluffy and the syrup was light. My friend got the meat plate and got the pumpkin pancakes which were flavored well withbthose warm fall spices. He asked for scrambled well. He stated they were well scrambled and not hard just the way they should be. Valerie was excellent with service.

After a long day at work, urgent care visit, family ended up at ihop. It was a great way to end our crazy day! Fidel is amazing server ?. Manager is wonderful and my whole family had a wonderful experience as their service couldn’t be better. Thank you as we couldn’t stop talking about the extra care given tonight.
