Had a nice visit at this IHOP. The restaurant was clean, and the seating area felt open and comfortable. My food came out warm and tasted the way it should. The staff handled a busy crowd pretty well, and I didn’t have to wait long after ordering.
Good spot for a quick meal if you’re in the area. I’d consider stopping here again.

I stopped by this IHOP today and had a good experience overall. The place was clean, the dining area looked well-kept, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The food came out fresh and tasted good. Service was fine, and the staff stayed busy but were still friendly.
It was a comfortable spot to sit down and enjoy a meal, and everything seemed organized even though it was fairly crowded. I’d come back again.

Last night I found myself completely unsure if the restaurant was still open, and I was confused about how to navigate the website. I decided to call, and I’m so glad I did, because I was connected with a wonderful young woman named Chantal who absolutely made my night.
From the moment she answered the phone, she was warm, patient, and incredibly helpful. Not only did she stay on the line with me, she actually walked me step-by-step through the website so I could place my order correctly. She even took the time to help me pick a meal that matched exactly what I was craving. She didn’t rush, she didn’t act annoyed she genuinely cared about making sure I got what I wanted. Her customer service was above and beyond anything I expected, especially so late in the evening.
When I arrived to pick up my meal, Chantal was quick to greet me at the door with the same friendly energy she had on the phone. I left her a tip because she truly earned it her kindness, patience, and professionalism made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish.
And on top of all that, the meal itself was hot, fresh, and absolutely amazing. Everything came out even better than expected. It’s rare to receive service that stands out this much, and I really appreciate how much effort she put into making sure I was taken care of.
Thank you so much, Chantal. You were wonderful, and your hard work did not go unnoticed. I will definitely be back again especially for another one of those delicious sandwiches!

After 40 faithful years, I'll never eat at IHOP again. My parents MET at an IHOP owned by my grandfather. IHOP has always been an important part of my life. But my experience at this location has convinced me never to return.
* Server never checked on us, only did the bare minimum * Charged $11 for two shot-glass sized cups of coffee--COFFEE! which is mostly just WATER! And no refills. * Prices are insane and portions are laughable * Staff clearly did not care about our experience}
The kindest thing I can say about the experience is that the food was edible. Not delicious, not amazing, not anything I have experienced from IHOP in the past, just...edible.

Eggs undercooked and poor timing. Coffee is the weakest I've ever had and service has slipped.
Variety was good. Service was very nice if a bit slow. (Probably the kitchen). I was surprisingly happy with it. ( the grands had wanted to go.)

Don't come to this restaurant and if you get a Debbie for a server request someone else. She lacks professionalism required for her position, cussing in front of customers because she messed up the order. She is easily overwhelmed amd forgetful, so many items came out wrong and had to be remade and were given to the wrong people. And don't get me started on the mold growing on the ceiling tile. Not the restaurant you wanna dine at.

Great food. Stopped in while waiting for my next errand. I asked for a booth for one and the young lady at the desk said there wasn't one available but a half booth, which would have our me right in the middle of two families. I opted not to but ordered food to go. While waiting on my order, I saw lots of people leaving and asked again. She told me no but I felt she could have gone the extra mile to actually go into the dining room and look around. Other than that, still a decent visit and the food was good.
