The food here is absolutely EXCELLENT! Quite fresh, well portioned, and exploding with flavor! On my first visit I had kebab, and an appetizer platter. The humus was quite good with the sampling of fresh veggies and the freshly baked bread is excellent. On a recent visit I got pides, again using their AMAZING fresh bread into the dough. The fillings were hot and well seasoned. Definitely a new favorite spot of mine.
The waiter was smelly and I had to go after him so I could order and get water, I ordered a salmon and was overcooked and dry, ordered something else and it was overcooked and oily.

Istanbul Restaurant is a true gem. From the moment you walk in, the warm, inviting atmosphere and the incredible aroma make you feel like you've been transported. The menu is fantastic, but you absolutely must start with the mixed appetizer platter the hummus and babaghanoush are perfection. For the main course, the mixed grill is the way to go, offering a delicious sample of their expertly seasoned and cooked meats. The service is always attentive and friendly. It's the perfect spot for a casual dinner or a special occasion. Highly recommended!

Stop by for dinner. We always see this restaurant driving by. It was so good! Great service and great food. If you're in the Cary area it's a must to stop in for yummy food!
Went to lunch to this place on a Saturday and for some reason it was empty so I was a bit skeptical. I think they're more into the takeout side of things because I saw people walking in and out. They have a pretty reasonable lunch menu and the prices and suspiciously good, I got an adana kabab plate for like $10 plus tax. The taste was really good! Service was just whatever , didn't really ask to get my water filled or anything but everyone working there was nice. Definitely a cheap and delicious lunch option, I'll be going here more often!
