We've been to this location a number of times. The service is always spot on. The sandwiches are always high quality and consistency. This happens if it is busy or not. The prices don't seem to be too inflated either. Still one of our favorites.

Wow! What a great place to eat! Came here after a terrible experience at the Brier Creek location. Management greeted us with open arms and welcomed us into their home with love and generosity.

Food was okay but the CUSTOMER SERVICE was HORRIBLE!!! You walk in. No one. And I mean Noooo one says hello or any greeting. We placed our orders and you can nearly hear the workers. No one is talking. It’s like a death sentence in there. We placed our order. And no one told us that our cold sub was ready after we recycled our hot subs. No direction or communication. All they did was stare and whisper to each other as they looked at us. We finally realized that our order was complete and paid and no thank you for coming no eye contact nothing but more silence and no customer service. Atmosphere felt depressed. Most places I’ve been to with this company music is playing in the background and it’s a friendly atmosphere and you feel welcome. This location you are left feeling like you aren’t welcomed and should not come back.

The management needs to look at the help at this store I normally go to this store once a week and feed 2 families but the rudeness of the staff I quit for about 3 months tried it again today had new help and a girl had to cook a few hot sandwiches she kept rolling her eyes and I said Thank you she rolled eyes again and walked off. Management needs to look at this store.... Your losing money
I won't be back.

Second order in a row that has been messed up. Both sandwiches were made wrong. One was Mikes way but had no vinegar, oil or mayo. The other wasn't supposed to have oil but was almost inedible because is was soaked in oil. Ive given up on this location. The other two near our house make the orders correctly.

There was only one worker working… the rest were in the back doing nothing on their phone laughing. They did not clean this place at all.

This will definitely be the last time we visit this jersey mikes. It took 15 minutes to get “greeted”. They forgot about 1 of our 3 subs. The “forgot” to even take my order where I had to tell them because I was just standing there looking dumb. They were very rude and disorganized. There was a cock roach on the ground, hair and dirt on the sink. Gross gross gross.
