Went in tonight to place an order with my twelve year old son. Once our food came out from the grill, which John was the cooker, I begin to hear, rap music with so much profanity and filth. I have to pack up. our sandwiches asked for a bag and leave. Before we left John did offer to turn off the music and change it to something else, but I was so disturbed that they were even playing that type of rap music since Jersey Mike’s portrays to be a family atmosphere. My son and I normally come in once a week to eat, however whoever thought it was okay to play that type of filth should be fired. What the employees do on their own time and listen to is their business but when you’re at work, that is not the environment where that type of filthy music should be played. As we went to the car and sat and begin to eat our sandwiches, we watched a Butch that was sitting in there get up and explained her side to the worker, which was probably the one playing the music and I’m just gonna send a screenshot of what it looks like.

Came in late after a 11 hour day at work myself just wanting to grab something and “Coach” and the team took great care of me and made me a Philly the way that I remember them tasting when I first fell in Love with Jersey Mike’s that’s been missing from a lot of locations lately top-notch.

Not sure if I can eat here anymore. I know it was lunch and busy, but a cutting board was just as close as the counter the sandwich was dumped on and of course the rolls of paper for wrapping sandwiches is available everywhere.
We've been to this location a number of times. The service is always spot on. The sandwiches are always high quality and consistency. This happens if it is busy or not. The prices don't seem to be too inflated either. Still one of our favorites.
