This will definitely be the last time we visit this jersey mikes. It took 15 minutes to get “greeted”. They forgot about 1 of our 3 subs. The “forgot” to even take my order where I had to tell them because I was just standing there looking dumb. They were very rude and disorganized. There was a cock roach on the ground, hair and dirt on the sink. Gross gross gross.

I’ve been 2 Fridays in a row. And let me say, AWESOME SERVICE!!! The restaurant is always clean. Plenty of parking. The staff greeted me in a timely fashion both times. Ashton assisted me both times. Today he recommended the Rosemary bread. Omg!!! It made my Big Kahuna Chicken sub so flavorful. I’m getting it from now on. Great recommendation from Ashton. The other young man who was running the register & the young lady cooking were so friendly. The young lady had a smile on her face when giving me my order & warm personality. I’m definitely returning. Kudos to all of the employees. Superb job!!

Have gone to this location over the years, never had a problem. This past weekend we stopped in, and it was horrible. Like so many of the other reviews, it was dirty! Counters and floors were a mess, my husband went in the bathroom, and came out and said it was disgusting, he wasn't going to eat now after seeing how unclean the bathroom was, and he didn't. I was already in the middle of my and my kids order, so I reluctantly continued the order. The employees barely spoke to us, and they were in a hurry and messed up one order, and didn't offer to open it back up just to had several missing toppings. We left and will never return to this location.

Was going to leave a $15 tip on the 2 cold subs I ordered because it was the last 15 minutes. But the kid had a major attitude and was slamming things around and I had to ask him to change his gloves after he touched the garbage can with them and went to touch the sandwich. 09/30/24 8:52pm He needs a serious attitude adjustment and I will never be coming back to this location.

Honestly worst experience ever ordered my sub while analyzing that the whole kitchen was filthy And I could even see to the back and was even worst don’t understand how it has a 95 sanitation rate this location has to be re evaluated and not to mentioned the personnel not even wearing hair nets with their hair in their face talking about how sweaty they are while I’m waiting for my sub . Really was very disgusted! Please close this location people will get sick

I used to love Jersey Mike’s but I don’t think I can ever go back to this location. No staff out to greet you, they were just hanging out in the back. Once they heard the door bell they came out and I picked up my mobile app order. Once left I opened up my sandwich and was extremely disappointed. I normally love Jersey mikes but this location made a really gross sandwich that just by it's appearance I questioned the sanitation of the team and barely ate it. It was squished down to cut, but the cut wasn’t even in the middle. It was drenched in oil and vinegar so the bread was extremely soggy. There were hardly any toppings on it. It was really gross and I don't think I can go back unless they get a new franchise owner that can get the staff to follow Jersey mikes standard or a fire and reset of new staff. I can’t believe I spent money here.
The worst service experience I’ve had anywhere, let alone at a Jersey Mike’s. The staff was so unorganized and unprepared it was hard to watch. Wasn’t greeted friendly but that’s the least of my concerns for this experience. It took them over 20 mins to get my sandwich done even though there wasn’t a line. There were 3 employees working at the time that had no sense of urgency or direction. They kept complaining about the amount of online orders they had and how it set them behind. They helped one online order which only had one sandwich before me, which took forever because they were moving so slow. Then they told another customer who was there for an online order that they weren’t able to complete it since it was a large order. They let that customer cut in front of me in line to get his refund while I was already waiting for a long time. My sandwich looked horrible and messy as they wrapped it up. I didn’t want to spend any of my money for the terrible service and quality. I walked out while I was still waiting and went to a restaurant right next door, where they had my food done in minutes. I overheard the employee who seemed in charge say that the manager wasn’t there and took off on short notice. That still doesn’t excuse the terrible service that I and other customers received today around noon. There should have been some plan in place. Either way, I won’t be using this Jersey Mike’s again. Shockingly poor service.

Walked in counter was filthy employees didn’t even bother to clean when preparing sandwiches. Lettuce scarps all over the counter, tomato ? & condiment residue on the counter. Employee laid bread on filthy counter with bread crumbs didn’t even use the sandwich wrapper at least. This location was very dirty & has lazy employees. I had to walk out very unsanitary. I went to another sandwich shop other than Jersey Mikes. Very clean, fast service, & multiple employees cleaning tables & counters you could really tell the difference.
