Never coming back here again! As a former Jmikes employee when I was in high school. This store should be ashamed. The produce was well past expired as if it had been the same bins since they opened and it was 7 pm. The lettuce was red, the tomatoes were mushy and the onions had a lot of green in them and some translucent. They definitely need to be retrained on making a sub, all my toppings were in the middle of the sandwich, all of the meat was hanging off one side and there was no meat on the other side. Yeah I’ll be driving further to go to a different one. If I hadn’t had an injury making driving difficult I would’ve left and gone to a different one. The blade and toss station was also filthy for there to be only a single customer there when I was in line.
Staff was not that nice when we first walked in, and service continued to not be great throughout the time we were there. They also got my order wrong even after clarifying it with them twice.
Blade cutter was not clean. I walked out within 5 minutes of getting there.
I usually don’t bother writing complaints, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. One of the staff members—who I believe is the manager—was incredibly rude. I had accidentally called the wrong location and placed a pickup order there. When I arrived at this store and realized the mistake, I told them I would cancel the order at the other location and place a new one here since I was already on-site.
That’s when a short, heavy-set man told me, “Well, you’re wasting their time and supplies. That’s really dirty business.” Then he closed the drive-thru window and had someone else take my order. I was shocked.
My order then took over 30 minutes—clearly intentional—and when I politely asked for an update (since people who walked in after me were already leaving), the same man snapped at me, saying, “I’m not going to stand here and listen to you complain. He’s literally making your order right now!”
Excuse me? That’s absolutely not how you treat a customer. Totally unacceptable.
To top it all off, after waiting 35 minutes, my order was wrong—there was no chipotle mayo on item #47. Hilarious.
I’ll also be contacting corporate about this experience.
Only take about 20 minutes to make a 5in sub.
Love a great Jersey Mike's sandwich a!
Jay went above and beyond to help me today! Will be back!
I lover jersey mikes and i have been eating it for years but its unfortunate I’ll have to take a break from eating here. I normally get the #8 club sandwich, which comes with bacon. Yet, they never seem to put it on there unless I come in and ask for it?? Its literally in the description but 8/10 my sub will be missing it. Its sad because you would expect it to be on there since its already included, yet they treat it like its optional. I’m sure if one didn’t want it, then they would emphasize that, if not, you guys should automatically put it on there.
Order was ready 15 minutes past the expected time. There was a kid making the sandwiches who was obviously new. I worked at Subway for two years in high school. I get it. But the number of times he had to re-wrap the sandwich while someone showed him how to do it over and over was ridiculous. I understand needing to train a new person but it shouldn’t take 20+ minutes to make and wrap three sandwich’s where there aren’t any other orders ahead on the line. Then when I finally got the bag (with an apology, which was kind) I asked if i I could have one of the paper bowls. My kid needed to eat in the car since we were now late for his baseball game. I was told they couldn’t give me a bowl. The guy that told me that was just following protocol I’m sure, but given the experience that just felt like salt in the wound. Especially after spending $63 (including a tip given at order time).
Really nice staff and the chicken bacon ranch sandwich was 10/10

It is ridiculous that I placed my order online and got here at pick up time in the drive thru and still had to wait 22 minutes for my food!!! Especially with only 1 car in front of me. And all I get is a “ugh sorry” in the drive thru.

I had never been asked for a tip from staff in drive thru until today. I will never return to this location again. The female literally told me “it’s just a tip”.
I eat lunch here 4x/week. Staff is hard working and extremely pleasant every single visit. Food is always prepared perfectly.

The service is horrible if you place an order for pick up, they’ll have it ready like 30 minutes later they’re always too busy on their phones and they don’t really care about their customers and horrible customer service skills

I normally am not one to write reviews, but this experience warranted a review. Let me start off by saying that I have frequented this location for YEARS. I haven’t recently because of the service and drive thru being open so sporadically. I also, have worked food service and have family still in food service so understand being short staffed, having a bad day, etc. I also understand working in customer service because I do that currently. But I should have listened to my intuition and went to the location on Meeting St. However, this location is conveniently located off of the highway and easier to get to when coming from a road trip. I pull up the drive thru speaker with a sign stating “speaker closed for the rest of the day :)” Ok, fine. I parked and went inside. I wasn’t greeted, just looked at. Eventually I was greeted more as a requirement, and not truly welcoming. I felt like I was a bother instantly. I spoke with Yuki and initially ordered the 43 with no peppers add mushrooms, but then wanted to switch to the Big Kahuna with no jalapeños if it made it simpler with me adding ingredients and taking away. Realizing that it didn’t help, I decided to stick with the 43. As I stood there waiting for my sub, someone came and was banging on the other side door. The employees were looking confused and it was another employee trying to get in. Once the employees realized that it was their co worker and not another customer, an audible sigh of relief was heard coming from behind the counter. Fast forward to me getting by my food. I got chips and a drink. The most pleasant experience during this entire visit was receiving a bag for me food…I actually got a smile. I got home and sat down and ate my chips while on the phone with a friend. I proceeded to unwrap my sub and it had onions and jalapeños on it. *sigh* I debated on whether to eat it or go back. I decided to go back to the restaurant. As I wrapped up my sub back in its paper, I noticed a piece of uncooked steak meat attached to the paper. *yay* I got back to the restaurant and walked in, Yuki looked at me blankly. I explained that my sandwich had jalapeños on it and she quickly stated “I didn’t write down the big kahuna.” Ok, well someone did. She offered to remake it and I declined simply because my prior experience was less than desirable, and I wanted to go to the other location on Meeting Street where they actually welcome their customers. I asked for a refund and she walked to the opposite end of the counter where the register was and started typing on it. Eventually she summoned me down to her end and asked what I had. I told her that I ate my chips because I was hungry. I thought that she was refunding the full amount of my purchase based on inconvenience and principal-nope. I only got refunded for the sub. When asked if she wanted my sub and drink back or if she wanted me to throw them away, she dismissively said I could throw them away. I left and went straight to the Meeting Street location. I will never come to this location again. However, I still stand by my notion that I should have been refunded fully. Eat at this location with caution and knowing what you are getting into based off of all the reviews. I highly recommend the location on Meeting Street that is less than 5 minutes away from this location.
