I brought my wife and kids here and the staff was nice, they all looked stoned, maybe that’s why they were so nice. But I’m very unhappy with the staff, some lady in the back smoking a cigarette! Let’s be better Jersey mikes!

Avoid this place at all costs. The staff is horrible. The guy that served me was high on something and refused to do what I politely asked him to do in reference to making my sandwich. I won't even tell you how rude he was to me. Now writing this review and seeing what others said about the management, I understand why he was so bold to say what he said to me. I was born and raised in New Jersey and this does not represent the Mike's I was raised on. The server was so rude I walked out without a sandwich.

The subs are always delicious, freshly sliced meats, good amount of toppings added to sub. Service is normally very fast. Staff is pleasant and friendly. The largest sub is a bit pricey.

Absolutely abhorrent. I’m home sick and unable to pick up an order myself, so I decided to use the Jersey Mike’s app to order delivery. An hour and a half later, my order still hasn’t been assigned a dasher—so $30 later, I’m assuming my hot food is just sitting there getting cold. I’ve tried calling the store to get an update, and nobody answers. Three separate Doordash support members have called the store on behalf of my order and they relayed to me that nobody answered the phone for them either. Doordash can’t refund my order since I made it through a third party (the Jersey Mike’s app), yet Jersey Mike’s won’t pick up the phone so I can figure out if I’m getting my food or my money back. Not really sure who’s at fault for this one, but your app is glitchy, your store doesn’t answer the phone, and my money is now stuck with you guys and I can’t do a damn thing about it. Unfortunately I HAVE to put at least one star, but I’d go lower if I could.

I’ve ordered here several times, and it’s always been on time and correct. The folks behind the counter have always been friendly. The food isn’t anything special - you know what you’re getting here - but it always seems to be fresh, which is all you can ask for. It seems nice and clean inside.

Even though this is a chain, not all Jersey Mikes are equal. I've been to 5 around the triangle. This particular location has a kind and respectful crew and manager. Always polite and helpful. The sandwiches at this location are made with care. I prefer a well composed sandwich over piled high and sloppy. The sandwiches here are made with thought and quality. This will be my go to for subs from now on. I've come here at least 2 times a month, and always perfect. I will be back more often. Thank you!

The representative made a great suggestion and I got two minis sandwiches one turkey and the other Italian, great for someone like me who wanted both, but not so much and he cut my mini sandwiches in half. The other guy has a little, but of a flat affect, not so inviting ? or engaging, but it's a short interaction and I never really care to stay there and my sub. They need some music or something in there.

Late Thursday afternoon, looking for something to eat after a long day. Both Apple Maps & Google Maps state the store is open until 9:00 pm. Rolled up at 8:40 pm- completely closed and 2 employees cleaning away. I’ve worked in food service and I understand wanting to go home early. But closing almost a full 30 or 20 min early???? Bruh -_- I just wanted a sandwich

When I walked into Jersey Mikes on high house road in Cary a cashier coughing and blowing his nose. He proceeds to take my order without washing his hands.
I asked him if he was going to wash his hands and his response was I’m not making your food. Then goes on to tell me that the kitchen is WAY worse then his hands. Enter at your own risk!
We have had a few of their offerings, which were all top shelf. We frequent Jersey Mikes at least twice a month.
