Food great. The representative made a great suggestion and I got two minis sandwiches one turkey and the other Italian, great for someone like me who wanted both, but not so much and he cut my mini sandwiches in half. The other guy has a little, but of a flat affect, not so inviting ? or engaging, but it's a short interaction and I never really care to stay there and my sub. They need some music or something in there.

I walk into this place and ask for a mini, and tell the dude what kind of bread. Then he grabs the bread, and literally MUMBLES his question. I ask him to repeat himself, and he RUDELY says it again with alot of attitude. I let it slide, its labor day, i get it. Annoyed, I said Turkey! Next thing i know hes cutting up cheese. I was not asked if i wanted cheese so i said, no cheese for me. He throws a body language tantrum. Literally, a tantrum. He rolls his eyes, stomps his foot, scoffs. You name it, he did it. He then takes the slice of cheese he just cut and TOSSES IT BEHIND HIM. I swear I've never experienced such horrible customer service. I immediately asked "IS EVERYTHING OK????" You wont believe what this idiot utters out of his mouth. He says "everybody waits until the cheese is cut to say they dont want cheese, its annoying. How are you?" I was too flabbergasted to say what I'd say now, but all i said was "ok thats not how to talk to a customer, you should not have come to work today." I had to walk out, cause that was ridiculous. Stay far away from this place.

The counters were not clean. Looked as if the food had been sitting all day and not changed out. The staff was nice. Food debris in the mayo and lettuce was brown. The lady just piled it on like she didn't see it. She looked very tired working with students.

The lettuce was brown and rotting. When we asked if they had fresh lettuce, the Indian man behind the counter said they just put it out that morning. The lettuce should have been thrown in the trash the day or two before.The sandwiches were light on meat and you can see they're extremely cheap. $50.00 for 2 sandwiches??? They better be good, if not perfect. We won't eat here again.

Bread was stale and hard as a rock. Chose not to have lettuce on sandwich because it was wilted and brown. Stay away from this Jersey Mikes. Go to the one on 55 in Apex which is excellent

Walked in, no one acknowledged we were there. Girl at register was helping someone else. She finished took at the register still never acknowledging us. Was asked if they were closed she said no; we still stood there with NO service. One employee walking around with a broom, one sitting in that lobby one in the back and the girl walks away with register drawer. Will not be back
Service was atrocious. Food wasn't all that good, but did have plenty of meat. They were riding us to get out

Today I had the WORST experience ever. I placed an online order and when I arrived at the location my order was not there. There was one nice employee ( cool white dude with glasses ) whom seemed to believe me and was trying to help me figure out what happened to my order. the guy who was in charged basically told me if I didn’t have a receipt i needed to leave. I went to my car and called my card in which I had been charged $31 for the online order & I was able to confirm my order was placed at the high house location. Was able to speak with my bank and they refunded my funds after explaining what happened. After speaking with bank I decided to go back into location and replace order. I requested for a specific person to make my subs and the person in charge asked me to leave and proceeded to lie and said I threaten him. In which I did not. I ask for his name to refer to who helped me when I gave a call back to the manager in the morning regarding my order. He did not want to give me his name & that was ok. I didnt understand but I made no big deal of it. he proceeded to ask me to leave and called the police on me. & also proceeded to run out the door behind my car to get my tag information.

This is a really good Jersey Mike's location. They have a lot of folks working there. Always get my order right and they're quick too. The facility is clean and they have a nice outside area to eat on nice days. Highly recommended.

Service was very slow on 10/28/22 evening. There was only one person ahead of me waiting and I placed my order online ahead of time so that it would be ready by the time I got there. I might as well had ordered when I arrived because that's when the young lady started making my hot subs. On top of all of that someone came in after me and received there hot order before me. Difficult to not take it personal. One of the employees offered to help the young lady fixing the hot food and she responded to him with such annoyance. Made me feel uncomfortable. I won't be back to this location. I'll stick to the locations I normally frequent.
