Had a great sub today! They took a lot of care today preparing the sub and ensuring it did not come into contact with gluten. I realize this is a busy sub shop and I appreciate the diligence.
Gave me a free cookie for Veterans Day!!!

This place is a disaster, on my first visit I encountered an employee, she was middle-aged, with dark brown hair and glasses. I tried to ask a simple question about the menu, and her response was full of sarcasm and attitude. It was like I was bothering her by being a customer. She acted like I was an idiot. The management of this store obviously doesn’t care about the service of their employees. Absolutely no apologies for her bad attitude. I decided to give this place another try because the sandwich was good despite the horrible service. On my next visit, I saw a mouse running around, enough said. I will not be returning.

Ordered ahead to “skip the line” and was not helpful at all. Multiple people that entered the store after my completion time received their food before mine was even started. I asked the person at the register multiple times for eta and they just stared and didn’t even say anything and proceeded to walk away. Multiple people standing around doing nothing with a line almost out the door.

We did a pickup order thru the app for this store while out of town for work. We got super lost & ended up not getting to the store before closing. I called them & an extremely nice employee said he would be happy to meet me at the door with the food even though they would be closed. We ended up only being 2 minutes late, but the employee was amazing, and the food was awesome as always. Thanks to Alex for helping make our frustrating day so much better.

Fast service even with long lunch lines. Management does a great job training new hires and builds a culture of making people feel welcome and like regulars.
I went to this store today, a Saturday, around noon. When I walked in, the line was the length of the counter and then some more to the side door. I got in line, and as I moved up, more people came in and got in line behind me. There were 4 young guys working behind the counter. They were so upbeat, friendly, and polite, and they were working together like a well oiled machine. As I stood in the line waiting for my turn, I couldn't help but also notice that the store looked very clean. As I made it to the register, the line behind me was again, all the way to the door. Kudos to these guys for handling the rush like champs! And yes, my sandwich was super fresh and hit the spot!
Great vibes tonight-great work to the crew!!

Terrific subs. Made the way you like it.
The service and subs they make can sometimes be terrible—especially with one of the middle-aged ladies working there. She is always careless, rude, and constantly makes mistakes. My husband and I get subs there regularly, and we’ve both had the same experience.
Last time I went, I paid $20 for a sub that had less meat, less tomato, and no mayo—despite my specific request. On top of that, she was cold and treated me as if I owed her something.
I like the tuna most days, but they have the tendency to put more mayonnaise in than tuna. Today was the worse. Maybe Jimmy John’s is a better alternative.
Very kind staff and well made subs! Will be coming back again
Where do I start? We arrived a little over an hour before they closed. As soon as we parked, all the workers stopped cleaning and seemed annoyed that we were there even though they weren’t closing yet. We walked in and there was trash on the floor, a mound of bacon that’s been sitting there, and nobody ready to take our order. We were handed our sandwiches half opened with parts of the sandwich exposed and an annoyed look. Both sandwiches were missing parts and one had chicken instead of beef. They were both dry and the bread was definitely old. When handling the food, they did not change gloves and touched the register with the same gloves. They were surprised we were eating the food there and seemed to want us out. We finally left and as we sit in the car, they’re vacuuming, picking up the carpet, closing the register, and getting ready to close with 48 minutes left until then. This was the first and only bad experience I’ve had at any Jersey Mikes ever. Do not go to this specific location, especially at night.
