Jersey Mike's Subs

No wonder they have a 95 food grade. They had the knife sitting on the counter near the register. The young man picked it up and cut my sandwich, and the young lady making the sandwich was playing with the bread before making the sandwich.

Waited close to 50 mins for a to go order (only 2 sandwiches). One of the sandwiches was wrong (discovered it when we got home). They gave me a complimentary bag of chips for the wait time. Which is a nice gesture. But I find it unacceptable that you have to wait so long for a sandwich. That’s almost enough time for a fancy dinner.

I miss the guys that used to work at this location. Super efficient, friendly and quick.
Last night there were no quick efficient employees in the store.
I placed an online order and paid in advance. I go when the app says its ready and it’s not ready. Those 3 girls should Not be in charge of this store. They clearly do not know what they’re doing. One employee was looking in bags to be filled and realized there were more sandwiches in them that was on the order slip and she was standing there with the subs in her hands looking and sounding very confused. The other employee making the subs came over and unwrapped a few of them to see what they were I guess? Idk.
I will Never go back to this location.
Btw. I wasn’t the only person having a problem at the same time.
The app said pick up at 7:31. I arrived at 7;30 and didn’t leave until 7:55. By the time I got home my hot sandwich was cold.

I use a cane for walking so the staff saw me coming to the store and immediately opened the door for me. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I recommend visiting this Jersey Mikes for anyone looking for a great sub sandwich in Cary.

This location is awful! They used to be good when it was the older people who have been there for a while working but the young group, especially at night. Garbage! I’ve gotten the wrong drinks more times than I can count to where they owe me like $50 in just drinks. I literally got a meat and cheese sandwich nothing else on it. They completely forgot the mikes way I requested. Not the first time either, I’ve called to complain and get nothing but fake apologies. I’ve gotten BLTs with two tiny strips of bacon when I ordered extra bacon, so the sandwich should have had over 6 pieces of bacon. I’ve requested refunds through their app and store but both tell me I have to do it with the other. So I’m being lied to and ripped off. I will never order through this location again. I wish I took a picture of my meat and cheese sandwich, lazy useless staff and manager.

I went to pick up an order from here me(African American) and a white man that walked in right after me in the other door. 2 employees greeted him and didn’t even acknowledge me. The lady asked the man what he’d like and he looked over at me and said “I think she was here first” she looked at me looked back at him so I asked “dang yall don’t see me here?” She said “well he was here first” that was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a jersey mikes and I’d never tell nobody to go to this store.

By far the best Jersey Mike crew I've come across since ive started eating there in 1996. Jhad (not misspelled) and his crew are very familiar faces to me and my family as they have been there so long which says a lot to you have their employee retention be so high for a sandwich shop. I say these things as a person that's been in the restaurant business for over two decades. Whatever they are getting paid is definitely not enough for the service they provide and the food that they make. kudos to all of them!!! Again unless I'm out of town this is the only Jersey Mike's I go to and I have three in my area

The guys tonight made me a lovely gluten free sandwich and made sure to inform me that warming my sandwich on the grill would expose me to breadcrumbs. They made sure to clean the grill for me so my exposure would be limited. I appreciate the concern they took with me! A lot of restaurants do not care. Their kindness and expertise was so appreciated! Thank you

Listen this staff here is amazing! All the gentleman that work in the evening will make you crack a smile if you’re having a not so good day! My hot sub was definitely made with love ❤️ their sweet tea is the best of the best. I could stop daily for sweet tea ??‍♀️ job well done fellas. Idk there names but they are definitely a good team together ☺️

Pleasantly surprised. First time in a Jersey Mikes and I feel like I stepped back in time to pre covid when customer service was actually good. Everyone was very nice and patient. They were fully staffed. Food tastes great!

Amazing customer service! After kindly dealing with an upset customer on the phone they showed me nothing but patience when my tap to pay wasn't working and I had to figure out another option.
