The guys tonight made me a lovely gluten free sandwich and made sure to inform me that warming my sandwich on the grill would expose me to breadcrumbs. They made sure to clean the grill for me so my exposure would be limited. I appreciate the concern they took with me! A lot of restaurants do not care. Listen this staff here is amazing! All the gentleman that work in the evening will make you crack a smile if you’re having a not so good day! My hot sub was definitely made with love ❤️ their sweet tea is the best of the best. I could stop daily for sweet tea ??♀️ job well done fellas. Idk there names but they are definitely a good team together ☺️

Pleasantly surprised. First time in a Jersey Mikes and I feel like I stepped back in time to pre covid when customer service was actually good. Everyone was very nice and patient. They were fully staffed. Food tastes great!

Ordered the Philly steak Mike's way add mayo - once I hopped in my car and opened the sandwich it was like they threw it together. The mayo and insides were everywhere, unfortunately I was on break so I went and got some hoagie rolls from the publix and made 2 sandwiches ?. I just don't like sending food back but I Def got my money's worth with my fave drink and chips from publixs. ?

Staff filled the wrong order. When asked for a correct order they said they were too busy to bother with it. Asked for a refund and was told manager Sara was out and I would have to contact her in the morning.Also the staff handles money and food with same gloves. Beware of this place.

The sandwiches here are usually pretty good! And the staff is usually pretty nice. My biggest complaint here is the wait time. I almost always order in app for pick up and I almost always have to wait double the quoted time which is kind of crazy for a cold sub.

It was like fast made sandwich that was pretty fresh but I noticed the lettuce was far from fresh n they were passing it out I declined the lettuce and he started to put it on n I stopped him and I could tell that it was an instinct thing for him he apologized and we moved on but at that point I was wondering didn't he notice that the lettuce wasn't fresh honestly at that point I was wondering if you noticed the reason I didn't want it so because it wasn't fresh it was actually brand looking not green I guess that's why they shred ? But all in all for a deli sandwich it was fast and convenient for the most part fresh
This used to be my favorite place, but it's really gone downhill recently. I should've left when I saw the low 90s health inspection score. I gave them a chance. They started by making my sandwiches incorrectly, but I was able to see and correct it. The food was okay, I guess. It's overpriced for what you actually get. My chips were completely crushed as shown in the photos. Never buying those again.What was really bad was the bathrooms. What in the world is going on?? The trash cans are overflowing and there was feces on the floor. This is unacceptable. Do employees not check on these? Filthy!The people are nice, but the place itself, it's a mess.There was no tell us option on the receipt, so I came here.
