This location slices meat thin to save money. Next to no meat on subs.

If you are open until 9pm…why do the kids have everything put away and cleaned up at 8:25pm? Just creates an uncomfortable situation for everyone.
As a person with Celiac I am incredibly thankful for my experience at this Jersey Mike's. I mentioned having Celiac when I came in when about to order and the guy who took my order immediately changed my gloves and prevented cross contamination as much as he could. I am very appreciative.

Placed an order for pick up. Order placed at 11:44. Estimated order ready time was 11:59. Arrived at about 12:10. Order was not ready. Ticket was not even printed yet. They were not busy, there was no line other than the one person they were currently helping. Didn't bother to print the ticket until I had been there for a couple minutes and they finished with the one person in line. Sandwiches ready at 12:23. 39 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. I would have gotten them faster if I actually went through the line and ordered them.

Walked in, I was the only one in line, someone walked up behind me. They proceeded to take their order, completely ignoring me. Walked out without ordering. Won't be going back!

Food was great. The noticeable part of this Jersey Mikes was how clean it was. As soon as I walked in, I noticed that. Service was fine.
Staff were very helpful and fast. We had a gluten allergy in our order and the woman on the grill made sure to verify the grill was clean to accommodate the allergy.

I placed an online order for a Club Sub. This location is notorious for forgetting to add the bacon so when I got to my vehicle, I checked my sub- NO BACON. I went inside to kindly explain the dilemma. The young man with locs, who I initially thought was joking, rudely replied, “we ain’t got none” and later told me to “come back tomorrow and ask that” when I asked about them being out of bacon. I requested a refund and once it was completed, I asked if he wanted to toss the sub or if he wanted me to do it, to which he replied, “you can do whatever you want with it.” If the location was completely out of bacon, that’s totally fine and there’s a way to convey that. Or better yet, when you receive an order for a sub that calls for bacon, why not give the customer a call before proceeding with the order? Not sure what type of day he was having but I wish him the best and I will not be returning.
My Experience at Jersey mikes was absolutely amazing! Tre, Michael and the shift lead Javon really made my sandwich the best I’ve ever had it! Would definitely recommend.
