First time at this location, ordered a regular sized #7 Turkey & provolone Mikes way w/ extra jalapeños & banana peppers. I was the only person in the store placing an order around 6:40pm. I was on a phone call & didn’t think I needed to supervise the guy making my sandwich especially since I was the only customer. I got home and I had 2 onion slices, 1 slice of tomato cut in half, no banana peppers & 4 jalapeño slices (2 on each half of the sandwich). I was so disappointed to have paid for the BS I got.

Staff is rude. Saturday crew is always a mess. Whenever you call ahead they say over an hour wait, but you can walk in & there's no line. Ive tried ordering a hot sub & have been told no. When I asked why I was then told, ok it will be 30 min. I said ok, ill wait. Well it came up with my other sub but was wrong. Even after I was told he had it. Staff is very rude & dismissive yet EXPECT a tip.

As a person with Celiac I am incredibly thankful for my experience at this Jersey Mike's. I mentioned having Celiac when I came in when about to order and the guy who took my order immediately changed my gloves and prevented cross contamination as much as he could. I am very appreciative.

Placed an order for pick up. Order placed at 11:44. Estimated order ready time was 11:59. Arrived at about 12:10. Order was not ready. Ticket was not even printed yet. They were not busy, there was no line other than the one person they were currently helping. Didn't bother to print the ticket until I had been there for a couple minutes and they finished with the one person in line. Sandwiches ready at 12:23. 39 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. I would have gotten them faster if I actually went through the line and ordered them.
