Staff were very helpful and fast. We had a gluten allergy in our order and the woman on the grill made sure to verify the grill was clean to accommodate the allergy.

I placed an online order for a Club Sub. This location is notorious for forgetting to add the bacon so when I got to my vehicle, I checked my sub- NO BACON. I went inside to kindly explain the dilemma. The young man with locs, who I initially thought was joking, rudely replied, “we ain’t got none” and later told me to “come back tomorrow and ask that” when I asked about them being out of bacon. I requested a refund and once it was completed, I asked if he wanted to toss the sub or if he wanted me to do it, to which he replied, “you can do whatever you want with it.” If the location was completely out of bacon, that’s totally fine and there’s a way to convey that. Or better yet, when you receive an order for a sub that calls for bacon, why not give the customer a call before proceeding with the order? Not sure what type of day he was having but I wish him the best and I will not be returning.

My Experience at Jersey mikes was absolutely amazing! Tre, Michael and the shift lead Javon really made my sandwich the best I’ve ever had it! Would definitely recommend.

Food was okay, customer service was absolutely terrible. Employees were playing on their phones while making my sandwiches. Not only is it rude, it is unsanitary and gross.

As others have noted, don’t come to this location expecting a nice or welcoming experience. You’re an inconvenience to the workers and they make it blatant with their attitude. It’s a shame that this location is this way…

They really do a great job preparing the subs as ordered, and they're delicious! The restaurant itself was very clean, and the soda machine worked properly, too. The employees are very friendly and polite.
the service is great! the employees are so kind. the food is delicious. I come here basically every sunday and I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of their food. I usually get dine in or take out and I always love the experience. the thing that makes service 5⭐️’s is the delivery bc most of the time they get the order wrong but otherwise I love it!
Kid-friendliness: their always so nice to my children. my daughter is to shy to order but my son does and their always so patient.

Used to be greeted pleasantly when I arrive. Now the guys that work here are almost annoyed that you came in. Came in one night at 7:30 pm and they complained the entire time about how late we came in. I verified with them that the time on the door was correct and they agreed. I apologized for coming late and they stated if I was sorry then why am I still ordering... most uncomfortable visit I've had.

Visited the store 9/27 at 12:30. The woman who helped put toppings on the sandwich was incredibly rude. She mumbled under her breath and when I asked her to repeat herself because I couldn’t hear her, she got an attitude. Additionally when I asked for mayonnaise on my sandwich she rolled her eyes and shook her head, which I felt was pretty uncalled for and was short with me the rest of the interaction. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but she didn’t need to direct that attitude to me.
