The women that made my sandwich was very rude, she also made the wrong sandwich, when I asked her " if it was my sandwich she just made"? She said yes with an attitude ( she was older, glasses and cultish hair) I told her that was the wrong one. The attitude got turned up 1000% with some huffs and other noices. I was very disappointed in this experience! And would have walked out if I wasn't hungry and had a time limit to get my lunch because I was on my work break!!!!! Also the fountain drinks where flat or empty.

Just ordered a mini from the Fayetteville st location and this place is no longer good. The bread was hard as a rock and I have barely any lettuce on my sandwich. I was so disappointed, I threw it in the trash. It will be a while before I order from them again!

I visit this store 2-3 times a week around lunch and they do a great job. I always get an 8 on white Mike’s way and it’s probably my favorite sub shop sandwich right now.They do sometimes get overwhelmed and I can tell a few folks are being trained. With the business of the store and their online order business I think they could probably stop taking online orders sometimes.Do recommend.

I ordered the Portabella Chicken Cheese Steak. I got a regular chicken cheese steak. There were no mushrooms on the sub. I also asked for raw onions on the sub and there were none. I couldn’t find or taste the cooked sub either. The bread also wasn’t fully cooked or the normal color. I submitted a review through the app. They said the owner of the location would contact me, but they never did.

The kids that work at this location are without supervision. I mean there's a middle aged guy there most of the time but he just lets these kids do what they want.Other kids are there flirting with staff while customers are ignored. My wife was asked for a tip and when a big ol ZERO was put in, made her displeasure known.Of course the Jersey Mike's sub you'd expect can't be found here. You get a knock off that cheats you on quality, quantity, and flavor.I'm guessing the poor cleanliness and food quality are tied to the poorly managed staff.

This location never fails to disappoint. No matter the time of visit it is always severely understaffed. If customer service is a part of their staff's training, they failed. The only person working ignored several folks standing in line. After chatting with another staff member on break, the working person apparently collected a stack of online orders to complete, then continued to ignore the in store patrons. The sandwiches are adequate, but the disdain these employees show for being at work bleeds into the customer experience. Management needs to set higher expectations and actually put effort into training.

I did an online order here for an asap pick up. Paid and then it said I had a 42 minute wait till pick up. It wouldn’t let me cancel online so I drive to the store because I was right across the street. I asked if they could please cancel it they said no. Asked if it would be as long as it says online they said yes, showed me a very long receipt saying I’d have to wait because they got a very big order in. I’m not quite sure why the 4 staffers all had to work on the one order. I wait and wait, ask if they could just credit me because I had to go. They said no. I left without food, and a few days later looked at my bank account and it actually charged me twice for my online order. So I paid $25 to Jersey Mikes for no food and horrible customer service. I did email corporate and got a call ASAP so that was good. Was told they would send me 2 free sub coupons via mail, never got them. Baffled by this place.

The people that work there are kind, but they give me the impression they are not properly trained. Whoever the franchise owner/manager is there should audition people on their sandwich making skills, secretly time them, and base hiring on THAT factor. Please stop hiring nice folks who are not good at big demand. It only creates disgruntled customers and unsatisfied employees. Seems like Jersey Mike’s secret sandwich recipe is war and not good sandwiches. Mike would be rolling over in his grave at this. Fire the franchise owner or manager and use a better tactic, because whatever formula you are using here is not working.I am a customer who has given this place chances. This is my honest review on my observation of this location. Challenge me if you’d like, but I advise whomever is in charge of the reviews to follow my advice at this point.

I stopped in to Jersey Mike's subs tonight and there was only a man and his daughter waiting for their order. The guy took my order and as I was standing there, I realized I had a coupon for a free sub, so I let the guy know and somewhere my order got lost in translation because I ended up with two regular sized subs and I paid for a giant...Somebody please help me understand why this was difficult for two people to handle. I'll be there bright and early tomorrow at lunch time to find out what happened to the rest of my Giant sandwich**Update, I followed up with my issue and Kudos to Stee (I think that's her name) who after listening to my issue and seeing the evidence said the person(s) who were present that night made a mistake. She promptly remade the sandwich and refunded my costs as well. BTW, BOTH sandwiches were delicious and I absolutely recommend this shop when you are in the mood for a great sandwich stop in and make sure you have a ruler. Also, this would have gotten five stars but they don't know how to make an "Old 79"...

I visited there on 03/04 @ 12..My order was a bit tedious, however the level of professionalism and service I received was outstanding..The Sandwich guy and the Toppings young lady both were very patient and not once displayed any rudeness and for that I am grateful and will be going back #Patience #Professionalism
