I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name, but he was incredible! I accidentally placed my order at a Jets location 30 minutes away, and he didn’t hesitate to help. He assisted with getting my refund processed and quickly placed my correct order here. He was friendly, patient, and truly went above and beyond, even double-checking that all my sauces were in the bag 🙌 He was truly the hero of the night. Thank you so much!

This is some of the best deep dish pizza in town. I ordered online which utilizes AI technology and there was an error upon arriving to the store. Huge props to TONY for providing excellent customer service and making the situation right. I really appreciated him tonight!! If you haven’t trued Jett puzza, you are missing out!!

Went in for the first time to try the food. The girl behind the counter talked so low that I couldn’t hear her even after I explained that I had a hearing loss from my time in the Marines. The customer service was terrible it was like we bothering them. When I got my food it didn’t have any pepperoni in it. A little training would go a long way in helping first time customers. Do the bare minimum to collect a paycheck. Damn shame

Ordered delivery and paid 50$ for 4 small squares and a 12 inch hand tossed blt. Got the blt and a gluten free pizza with additional toppings. The gluten free pizza was on par with Costco’s cauliflower crust. The food was average quality. The blt pizza crust was hard to chew and a bit heavy on the mayonnaise. I’m giving it 2 stars because I like Costco’s cauliflower crust pizza but at double the price of Costco, it’s not worth it at all.
