They are rolling in the dough as the pizza is all dough. First time trying and it’s the most disgusting pizza ever had. Just thick bread with a few ingredients to taste and the taste was terrible for all 3 types of pizzas. Pizza was also borderline burnt and hard.

Forget Pizza Hut or Domino's, this is hands-down the best pizza around! This has been my pizza place for the past 7 years. Food is always top-notch, price is good and the people are always friendly as can be! Highly recommended for some Detroit-style pizza! Used to live down the street from the original store back in Sterling Heights Michigan, quality is still the same!

My husband picked up the food at 5.50pm.
One of the worst customer service and food quality experiences I have had in a long time, driven entirely by poor management and a complete lack of accountability at your location.
I spent approximately $65 on an order that included a pizza that was blatantly burnt and wings that were white and undercooked. This is not a matter of personal preference — this is food that should never have left the kitchen. Sending out burnt pizza and improperly cooked wings is careless, negligent, and unacceptable.
What made this situation worse was the behavior of the manager, Logan. When I called to address why unsafe, inedible food was sent to my home, he failed entirely at his role. Instead of answering a simple question or taking responsibility, he went on an irrelevant and bizarre explanation about “legal requirements” for making a half-and-half pizza — something that had absolutely nothing to do with the issue. This was deflection, not management.
At no point did Logan explain why employees were allowed to knowingly package burnt food and hand it to a customer. Someone clearly saw the condition of that pizza and still approved it. That alone shows a complete breakdown in leadership, training, and standards. Either management does not care, or they are incapable of recognizing food that should never be served. This experience was a waste of money, time, and patience. The food quality was unacceptable, and the manager’s response was dismissive, incompetent, and unprofessional. If this is the level of oversight and leadership being tolerated at this location, it is no surprise that unsafe food is being sent out.
Take a serious review of this location’s management and food handling practices. This complaint is not about a mistake — it is about gross negligence and failure at a management level.

I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name, but he was incredible! I accidentally placed my order at a Jets location 30 minutes away, and he didn’t hesitate to help. He assisted with getting my refund processed and quickly placed my correct order here. He was friendly, patient, and truly went above and beyond, even double-checking that all my sauces were in the bag 🙌 He was truly the hero of the night. Thank you so much!

This is some of the best deep dish pizza in town. I ordered online which utilizes AI technology and there was an error upon arriving to the store. Huge props to TONY for providing excellent customer service and making the situation right. I really appreciated him tonight!! If you haven’t trued Jett puzza, you are missing out!!
