Was excited at first about this new pizza place. This quickly has become a place I will no longer order from. Have now had several problems with orders. Here is my last experience today, I think I’m done.
First is the method of odering, via text and a difficult AI based website ordering method. It’s currently broken, and won’t add or edit the desired items. After attempting to order, it ordered incorrectly, so I called the location.
Reagan, the manager on site, took my order after I explained the system’s order I placed was incorrect. He said “yea its set by corporate and really been screwing us”, with no apology or understanding for the customers issues. He takes my order, gets distracted, and ends the call without telling me my payment cost total.
I call back to ensure I know the total and that I still receive the 15% off that ordering by text automatically provides (based on the fact I tried ordering and wouldnt order by phone if not receiving 15% discount). Reagan says the total, which clearly does not have the 15% off. 71$ for two pizzas.
Edit: I have now checked and the 15% discount has been applied.
Then comes the pizza itself. Ordered a BLT pizza and a Super Special. The BLT was ordered with extra bacon, which upon inspection, did clearly not even have enough to warrant extra cost. This is a full price pizza with one single meat and there were areas without any. No sauce, this is a glorified cheesebread with some burnt bacon pieces. The other pizza had raw veggies tossed on. Look at other customers experience as well.
I call back and ask for Reagan, again he is not apologetic and instead asks me to “text him a photo” then claims the pizza is fine. I also complained the photo of BLT pizza shows shredded iceberg but this is covered in a cesar style romaine large chunks.
I have tried to reach out to corporate and the franchise owner of this location. I cannot recommend this place and know that there will be an issue if I try again.
Edit: No word from the owner. I am adding a star because they did at least honor the 15% discount.

This place is awesome! Their deep-dish pizza is perfectly crispy on the outside and cheesy on the inside. The toppings are fresh, and the service is always friendly and quick. Whether picking up or getting delivery, it’s always hot and delicious. Definitely my go-to pizza spot!

The pizza was really good!! Lots of flavor and the pepperoni was applied well, the delivery driver was speedy and my pizza was still hot when I got it! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fast option without skipping out on the quality!

Great pizza! I've always liked Jet's, but this location did an exceptional job. The service was excellent, fast & friendly. One of the employees, Reagan, was especially chill and made the wait worth it pretty funny guy.

when i came in to order a pizza for my family i brought my 6 yo sister with me because she asked to go and when i finished ordering the worker at the front was so nice to her asking her how her day was and all of that good stuff and while waiting for the food to come the worker even took the time to talk and play with my sister until our pizzas were ready. they even gave her a little jet man plush and a water bottle. they came out hot and fresh and wait time was maybe 15 mins max cuz i had to get two larges i love how the store makes the customers feel like family i will definitely be coming back again

Upon receiving my food in store, I realized I was missing my ranch bottle that was on the receipt. I mentioned it and the employee attempted to give me a cup, but she went to correct it when is said it was supposed to be a bottle. She proceeded to drop the bottle and asked if I wanted that or another one. To be fair I wasn't really bothered about that. Well turns out she did not give me ranch. I don't know what it was as the bottles don't get marked, but it's entirely too watery and grey to be ranch.
I then inspected my items to realize that there was no bacon on my cheese bread. I verified that I ordered the correct item on the receipt. So it was made incorrectly, and then boxed while being incorrect. I mentioned this to the employee and their solution was to "cook some bacon to put on it". I didn't consider this to be an issue and as long as I'm getting what I paid for, that's fine.
This was a terrible solution all around. They didn't cook it for long enough. The bacon was rubbery because it didn't get fully recooked, and most of it managed to fall off of the food. So in reality I didn't get what I paid for.
Pizza was superb but everything else was subpar. Lack of attention to detail paired with a poor solution concerning the bacon made this a terrible experience.

This place is the absolute BEST. We drive 44 miles to get their pizza. They were so kind when we picked up they literally gave us a bottle of freshly homemade ranch dressing. Yumm, such kindness and service you dont see much of these days. A must try establishment. GET YOUR PIZZA TODAY!!!! You won't regret it!!!!!
