I put in an order via the app that never arrived. I placed several calls to the story and was told that "deliveries are now done by a third party". The person at the store could not tell me who picked up my order or where it was. I was told 15 minutes after the app told my my food was delivered that the delivery service "just picked it up". Requests for a refund directed me back to the online sales portal. Goodbye Jimmy John's - FAFO and lost a customer forever.

This Jimmy John's is clean and the staff has always been friendly. I always enjoy the goofy signs and "free smells." Even when they're busy, they'll have your delicious sandwich in hand moments after you finish ordering. Always a great spot to stop.

We eat here about every Tuesday with our grandkids after swim lessons. We call in our order before arriving and we have never had a bad meal, bad order or bad service. The young man taking orders is always super nice to us and our grandkids. Love this place!
Love their Vito UNWICH, Salt & Vinegar Jimmy chips, and the Chocolate Chunk Cookie. It makes a mostly healthy meal as their chips are low fat, although the cookie makes up for it. It's worth an occasional splurge, just for the cookie!
