I had a great experience today! It has been a while since the last time i remember a great customer service experience anywhere. SETH, ANDREW and BRENT made our nifht great!. When i first got off the car i was not sure if they were open but sure enough they where looking out waiting for me to come in! After entering the three of them welcomed in to the store. When i got to the counter i said to the cashier that i was not familiar with the menu andhe suggested two great options and i had to buy the two of them a #11 and a Chicken Bacon ranch one(the best taste ever). I did not feel rushed at alll or anything. While i was speaking the other two employees started working on my order. And in less than 10 minutes i walked out with warm food, 2 driks, a cookie and 2 chips. Thank you guys for your hard efford. I hope someone in that big company sees the way you do magic with the brand! And rewards you with the best! God bless yall! And thank you again!

I had a great experience at this Jimmy John’s. The staff was friendly and attentive. The sub was made exactly how I ordered and exceeded my taste expectations. Also, I found out that combos are free after 2 pm, so be sure to stop by if you don’t have any late lunch or dinner plans!

We chose curbside pickup for our order, but after waiting for almost 20 minutes (we arrived at pickup time)we decided to go inside and see what was going on. They placed our order on the pickup shelf inside the store. If it wasn’t an option then I would understand, but it was an option on the app and my food had been sitting there while I was waiting.

I like Jimmy John's but this location sucks. Every other JJs ASKS if you want mayo on the sandwich. I'm allergic so I can't have it but when my fiancé grabs stuff for us, they don't ask and then automatically put a ton of mayo on my sandwich making it inedible. Please management, instill a simple policy of asking if all of the toppings are wanted like every other JJs and most other sandwich shops. It's proper customer service.
