I had a great experience at this Jimmy John’s. The staff was friendly and attentive. The sub was made exactly how I ordered and exceeded my taste expectations. Also, I found out that combos are free after 2 pm, so be sure to stop by if you don’t have any late lunch or dinner plans!

We chose curbside pickup for our order, but after waiting for almost 20 minutes (we arrived at pickup time)we decided to go inside and see what was going on. They placed our order on the pickup shelf inside the store. If it wasn’t an option then I would understand, but it was an option on the app and my food had been sitting there while I was waiting.

I like Jimmy John's but this location sucks. Every other JJs ASKS if you want mayo on the sandwich. I'm allergic so I can't have it but when my fiancé grabs stuff for us, they don't ask and then automatically put a ton of mayo on my sandwich making it inedible. Please management, instill a simple policy of asking if all of the toppings are wanted like every other JJs and most other sandwich shops. It's proper customer service.

I just ordered my lunch from Jimmy John’s with special requests. Unfortunately I was in meeting so my office staff put the food on my desk once it was delivered. The first issue with my order it did not include my chips, the second mistake I ordered add on like pickles and jalapeño ranch. I called the store spoke to someone who put manager on the the phone. The manager decided he wanted to defend his team’s error. Instead of being apologetic and offering the fix my food, he question the staff and they promised him they added the Jalapeño ranch, but where the hell is the pickles? The chips? Smh. I informed this manager that I am busy at work and the last thing I need to do today is defend an online order that has a receipt. I have attached the receipt and picture of sandwich. If you can find a pickle or a sandwich that looks worth $15.00? If so please let me know. Jimmy John’s I hope you’ll get a better leader for your establishment someone with compassion for getting your customers food accurately. This manager tells me, “well just keep the sandwich and I just refund you your money”. @sshole I don’t want a refund I wanted that sandwich I ordered! ????
