Yeah we drive 30 min regularly to eat here. Fast, delicious, and friendly. Best ramen in the triangle. Get the black garlic with extra noodles on the side.

Me and my mom came here for lunch 12/1 around 12. We were seated promptly and the waitress was very nice and attentive. My mom has never had ramen before and really enjoyed this! I had the miso ramen and it was delicious. We will definitely be back our next trip to Cary

Koi Ramen delivered an outstanding meal from start to finish. I ordered the Karaage Fried Chicken appetizer, Crispy Shumai, and white rice, and everything was delicious.

The Karaage chicken was perfectly seasoned — super crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The dipping sauce paired with it was rich and flavorful, making each bite even better. The Crispy Shumai had a great crunch and a really nice savory flavor, and the white rice was fresh, fluffy, and the perfect complement to the appetizers.

Everything was presented beautifully, the portions were generous, and the food tasted freshly made.

Went to Koi for lunch and got the Miso ramen. Easily some of the best pork I’ve had with ramen, definitely will be getting extra next time I go. The space is fairly small, so going in big crowds may be difficult but my experience was amazing regardless.

So good, and the lady that seats and takes orders is always so nice!

Loved their Ramen Noodles. They have that as the base so to speak, and you can get flavored/stiled meals with bed, chicken and seafood (probably more choices as well).

They provided spoons for those of us who are not trained in using chopsticks.

Waitress (owner) answered my many questions on what certain ingredients/spices were, and how spicy was spicy.

Pretty good ramen overall. I had the chicken curry ramen, but the flavor could’ve been stronger and it needed to be served hotter. Service & atmosphere is a 10/10!

Black Garlic Ramen-- best ramen I've ever had!! Insane flavors and quality of ingredients. The pork melted in your mouth and had insane flavors. The chicken was so tender. The broth had insane flavor! The fried garlic tied it all together. Ultimately umami profile! The cabbage, bean sprouts, and scallions balanced the flavors with a crisp freshness.

The vibe in there was awesome. They were busy but the noise isn't bad.

I can't wait to go back!

This place has mastered the art of Paitan ramen. Creamy, rich chicken broth full of umami, yet light and balanced. Their melt in the mouth Chashu is the best Chashu I have had so far in the Triangle area.
