Ordered a quiche lorraine, it was not fresh & under cooked in the middle! Unfortunately this is not a one off the multiple location that La Farm has I have tried in 3 places and were the same. Their quality has gone down significantly!!

I'm really disappointed! did you change cook? My favorite soups, including the creamy tomato & basil, I went last week and it was bland, no color and it had no flavor at all.

The almond croissants I ordered recently did not seem fresh and tasted like they were made with something other than butter. The croissants were so curved, they were round and dry. The chocolate chip cookies tasted bland and overly sweet and were missing a more complex buttery chocolatey taste. I think La Farm is using cheaper ingredients than in the past. The sourdough bread continues to be amazing.

Great bread and sweets. Their hard rolls are to die for but you have to get there early and can only purchase one bag. Their service speed is not efficient and could use some work.

The staff is very polite and sweet. The food is delicious. I did wait a long time for my cappuccino which I would have liked to enjoy with my breakfast sandwich but I had to go in and check on the status of it because it took so long.
Overall good experience.

Bought croissants this morning for a total
Of $45 + tip for eight 8— to bring home
Here is what I bought: the turkey cheese croissant which was delicious but the dough was a bit undercooked. Reheated in oven was ok.
And then got the almond croissants—(btw we eat in bakeries around the world-this includes eating croissants) 🥐 these things were so old—husband took it off the plate and then cut into it and was like where did you get these? I said La Farm — he was wow, that’s pretty disappointing. Ya. These things are stale. The plain croissants were ok—seemingly more fresher but wasn’t flaky as was expected a croissant to be. Sorry guys—for the 3 day process, and top ingredients and a 15 year old starter—and the price we pay you guys did a disservice to the ingredients.

Strangely rude. As if being here was a bit of an imposition. Bizarre and worth avoiding unless you’re desperate

A very big disappointment today. We visited La Farm Cary Parkway today for breakfast. We ordered approximately $40 plus worth of food. While ordering, the staff ask if we need cream or milk, I asked that I will prepare it myself, so just give me some creamer. Staff said that they don't have the tiny creamers bc the truck did not deliver. So, I asked if they could borrow their creamer or milk in the pitcher, and I will prepare my coffee. Staff told me, absolutely NO. They have to prepare it bc they measure the amount of milk or creamer that they will put in the coffee and if it goes above their measurement, I have to pay extra. THIS IS ABDOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. we left and went to Bruegger's Bagel. For the owner and master baker, Lionel, this message is for you. First, your truck did not deliver tiny creamers. Second, you are going to charge extra for me to prepare my coffee with what creamer or milk you have. Third, your prices is already on the high end for breakfast. Forth, you are willing to loose $40 plus of sale and long time customers bc of the dump creamer that they need to provide to customer to begin with. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE....GREEDY POLICY!!!
Food was good but overpriced. Customer service could be much better...the counter staff seemed to just go through the motions of taking our order and did not afford a welcoming experience.
