Love their baked goods! Their bread is delicious! Buy the boule bread, the original sourdough

La Farm Bakery brings a little slice of France to North Carolina. Founded by French master baker Lionel Vatinet, it’s all about fresh, handmade breads and pastries rooted in old-school French tradition. From crusty sourdough to flaky croissants, everything tastes like it came straight from a Paris bakery.

I came here on Sunday morning with a friend and was so pleased with both the pastries and the incredibly friendly service I received from Sarah B. I had several questions regarding my tree nuts allergy and she was beyond helpful and kind. As far as pastries, we got a few, and the white chocolate mini baguette is an absolute must!! While it was a little bit of a drive, I will absolutely be returning here after such a great experience, thank you La Farm and Sarah B for starting my day on such a high note!

Their service is still nice! Their location and interiors are so nice. Please bring back the quality.

Their quality has gone down significantly. I’m so sad about this. Their eclair filling is like children’s birthday cake frosting (no longer white custard, chocolate cake frosting is inside) and the shell is hard and flavorless. Pear tart slice was given to me frozen, had no flavor at all- i thought those are supposed to have some marzipan style to it. The chocolate cake, which used to be my favorite has no chocolate flavor left in it. Croissants are no longer buttery. I guess their lunch sandwiches are still ok. Their chocolate chip cookies are still good. But it is so sorely disappointing to see quality go down this hard.

Photo is the pear tart- I realized it was frozen after I bit into it- you can see the icicles on the pear. I guess I don’t mind it half frozen- I’ll wait for it to defrost if it was going to taste really good…

What are you doing about your six forks location? It has slipped to 3.2 on google reviews. Many complaints about cleanliness, service and quality of food. This has been going on for months. Same complaints but seemingly nothing addressed. Maybe instead of opening another store you could concentrate on making the ones you have worth it for your customers.

Maurice is AMAZING! He was so helpful and remembered familiar faces. Quick to help anyone and very positive. Made my experience today great!

Ask the great Staff about the Bakery across the street and they highly recommended it and the scones. I got some sweet tooth treats and a french sandwich and every was delicious. the scones are amazing. SHOUTOUT to Steven! I will be back! #lafarmbakery

The food is just good. As it's a French style American bakery, I'd say both the food and service are a blend of both national styles. The few negative reviewers here didn't seem to expect that. I always have great food (especially weekend and seasonal offerings) and a pleasant experience. It just works really well.

Don’t depend on them for catering! I ordered 3 catering platters for a bridal party luncheon and they didn’t prepare them because they “weren’t in their computer list” for Saturday, even though I ordered on their website (Order 40011) and called the next day (10/22) to verbally confirm the order by speaking to their employee! I had a houseful of young women, many of whom will also be getting married soon, plus a photographer, 2 hair stylists, & a make artist, who now know NOT to trust La Farm Bakery to cater any of their events or provide any custom service! Truly disappointed. A business should not offer catering if they don’t have a reliable system in place to track & fulfill those orders! This issue was with the Cary Parkway location which was to prepare the food and deliver to the West Cary location for pickup.

I don't know why everyone loves the place. Want some fresh bread? Great

Went to buy something out of their refrigerated case and it took me 15 minutes to buy it. Less than attentive people at the tills. 12 people were in line at 8 in the morning and 1 person working the register.

Can go a lot further for customer service.

Good baked goods and bread but very high priced and slow service. Fuquay location has no hot meals. I found Lidl to have comperable bread at half the price.
