Los Tres Mexican Restaurant Cary

Chicken and cheese enchiladas was good, beef enchilada not so much, the ground beef just tasted off. Rice tasted like a mix, not tasty. Chease dip, guacamole dip and salsa was good. So order the chicken, no ground beef. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Service was bad. I was picking up an order for someone & the restaurant was empty. No one said anything to me when I walked in, and there was a girl working there literally just walking around on her phone talking to someone on FaceTime. After waiting for a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me, they told me they didn’t have the drinks for the order & because they were out of them. That’s fine, but the service is what bothered me. Irritating

Ordered carne asada. Would have liked a very sharp knife to cut through what seemed like a piece of leather. Could not chew it. Next took takeout thinking the visit was a fluke I ordered steak fajita. Worse. Steak was not chewable, refried beans were watererery. I wonder where this place gets what it calls steak?

Our first visit here on a Saturday evening. Restaurant was empty. The staff was just hanging out inside the restaurant. The person that sat us, didn’t seem to understand what we said and looked confused. Service was prompt and quick. Food was ok, nothing great. The Fajitas did not have any pico de gayo or sour cream. Food could have been more flavorful!

My husband and I have been going to this chain of restaurants for 10 years. This location was typically great but we had a recent horrible experience. No one that worked there would get us a drink because they didn’t understand what we were saying in English. We asked for queso with chorizo and they still played like they couldn’t even understand what that was and just brought a very bad thing of cheese to us. They didn’t even give Waters let alone the drinks we ordered. At the end the one woman was very rude while a small child, about 6, runs behind the bar to try and get her attention. We ended up walking out because this experience was so awful.

Had dinner here this evening with my family. The waiter rushed us, and did not check on us throughout our meal. My daughter said she saw a spider on the picture frame on the wall next to me… minutes later a fuzzy cockroach-like bug started crawling down the wall and then onto the table where our food was. We immediately got up to leave. My boyfriend went to pay and told them there was a cockroach on our table and they didn’t care. They just agreed, and kept ringing him up. The food was just ok, and the bug made me want to puke that I ate there. Yuck.

Poor service, in terms of Mexican restaurants this place is horrible. The beans are disgusting, the spanish rice more than likely came from a box, and the tacos were sad. 3/10 only eat here if you need to.

Been here at least 6 times in last 2 months. Good quality Mexican food, quick and friendly service, spacious place. I won't say that the food is best Mexican etc but somehow overall package really works. Tacos, tamal, burrito...chips and salsa...all good...plenty of parking...

Very good authentic Mexican, burritos and tacos are excellent. Nice staff as well. Great for families.

We had a party of 10 for lunch and they were great with re filling our chips and drinks, I don’t think we ever had to ask for more. The ACP was amazing. Chicken tasted freshly grilled and was so tender. Probably the best ACP I’ve had! The chips tasted very authentic and the salsa was perfect. I’m picky with salsa. The Cheese dip was amazing too!

This place feels like home! The service is great, staff are friendly, and the food and drinks are delicious. I am so happy to have such a great restaurant so close to my home!!

They deserve 6 stars. So good and fresh. Friendly staff. Delicious food, great customer service, many choices. Try it, you'll return also.

The best service, they remember us and are so friendly! The salsa is the best in town, and the fajitas for two is literally for two. Some places give you small portions, but not here they give the right amount of food. Great prices. They are fast and have great lunch specials, our go to place now.
