The patty melt I had was just not worth the $16 I paid for it. The french fries I received with my meal were the left overs of the batch that was fried, small dried pieces. The dessert was good but pricey.
One side of the booth was very uncomfortable, our friend sat down and literally sank. Very uncomfortable seating, this is also true of the chairs.
You feel like you are in a fine dining establishment (quaint, quiet, relaxed) but it is casual, good food with reasonable prices.
Great experience as always. Our server was superb, and the manager was very kind while visiting our table. Bring back the VOODOO bread, please!
Bacon wrapped meatloaf—-utter perfection! Great vibe and good drinks for a lovely evening!
Overall, this dining experience was not as good as usual. Although I mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday when I made the reservation, we were seated at a table right next to the kitchen, and the server neve acknowledged the birthday. The food was god but 2 of our 4 diners noted that the food was very salty, and thus was not as good as our prior experiences. Service was excellent, with the exception noted above. Hopefully, we'll have a better experience when we return.
We love taking people to Lucky 32 for dinner and we usually have good experiences. However, three weeks ago and today, we went for lunch, and both were very disappointing. Three weeks ago, I ordered the Avocado Toast with poached eggs. When it was brought out the waitress was clearly embarrassed. The eggs looked like eyeballs with no white and rock-hard yolks. She apologized and took it back. It came back with one good egg and the other mostly overcooked. I stopped to tell the female assistant manager about it. She said, oh sorry. That was it. Today is my birthday and we waffled about going, but decided to give them another try. It was a bad decision. I ordered the okra fries and the kale and beet salad with goat cheese and a warm bacon vinaigrette. Our lunches were brought out before our appetizer. The waiter came over and apologized and asked if we still wanted it. We said not at this point. My salad dressing was neither warm, nor "bacony," nor vinaigrette. The kale over overdressed in a slippery grease. The waiter never came by to check after we began eating. I shared some of my husband's lunch, which was good, but the fries were over salted. I finally got our water to get some lemon dill dressing for the salad. On the bright side, I got a warm chocolate dessert for my birthday that was tasty. Sad to say, but it will be a while before we go back or recommend this place again. I didn't bother to tell the assistant manager (same woman as last time) since she didn't seem to care last time.
In a nutshell, bread was hard asa rock you couldn’t even chew it. My black bean cakes were raw inside. The meatloaf was so filled with bread it had no flavor and tasted like wet bread. The salad was spinach with hard stems and the dressing had no flavor. It was not a good experience at all.

So I’m being honest it was bad! The bread let’s start with the beginning. It was hard as a rock and we couldn’t even chew it. Then I got the black bean cakes, the salad was spinach mostly and the stems were hard and the dressing had no flavor at all. The black bean cakes were raw inside. The spices weee okay the beans were whole and the inside raw. I took it they were fried. My friend had meatloaf and I took a bite because I thought it might just be my meal. Wrong, the meatloaf was 90 % filler had no flavor but the bbq sauce they poured in it. The texture was bready at best. Terrible experience and I won’t return.
Food was ok, the salmon cakes were a bit fishy and the greens that with the fried chicken were seriously underdone. My husband enjoyed the fried chicken sandwich and the catfish was delicious. Our waitress was fair at best, no personality and didn't offer anything just stood there after we declined appetizers and didn't ask if we were ready to order at all. The inside is a bit dated and could use a refresh

We've been to lucky32 many time and enjoyed the meal but the food at our last night diner was deceptively blend. Hoping that it was just an off night
Lucky 32 continues to be one of our favorites. Great food, amazing service, both from our server and the hostess staff, and reasonable prices. We'll be back!
I Always go to the Greensboro location and decided to try the Cary location for my sister's birthday and was so pleased with everything. The Apple pecan old fashioned was good. The salmon cakes dish was like homemade and the sweet potato cheesecake was just great. Definitely will come back again. Thank you for great birthday night
Went for Brunch. Wide variety of menu selections, each of our 4 entrees were excellent in quality and taste. Excellent service, great atmosphere. Will definitely go again, highly recommend.
We dined here Saturday night,Nov2.This was our friends first visit& enjoyed it immensely.Food ,ambiance & service are consistently good.My only criticism is that the chairs & booths are very WORN,its like sitting in in a 1955 MG!
