The experience was below expectations. Wagu was very fatty. I would have cut off the fat of every piece on the skewer. Duck was very tough. This duck must have walked from France. We have been here previously when it was M Test Kitchen and it seems to not be at the same level it was when it was the Test Kitchen. The Little Gem Salad was not as good anymore (I used to dream about that salad). The Loaded Tots were over cooked and we were all empty on drinks before our server came back. Even though the food is supposed to be paced, it seemed to take a bit long. Overall, the food is still good, just not what it used to be.
Easy to have a conversation with good acoustics! Food was great, similar to other M restaurants. Octopus, fried rice, and tater tots were highlights. Recommend asking for knife with fried chicken for easier eating.
