I placed my order online through their website at 8:22 for pickup. A burger and fries. Got my confirmation email that said my meal would be ready at 8:52. I got here around 8:55 and was told that they had LOST MY TICKET. I then sat in the restaurant while they made my food for THIRTY MINUTES. Finally got my food at 9:21 when it was supposed to be done at 8:52. They weren’t even apologetic about the situation. Very disappointed as this is my first experience here. After the lackluster service I received I’m sure to never come back. First and last order I guess

We were in this afternoon for lunch (on a Thursday afternoon) and had the absolute pleasure of having Dillon serve us. What a kind, gentle soul and awesome server! A few weeks ago, a girlfriend and I went to MacGregor Draft House after work midweek for dinner. The place has been remodeled and the menu revamped. We had the best, fresh salads! We had a great time; were able to sit and catch up. Cassandra provided excellent, warm, friendly service. I recommend for a casual place to meet up and relax with good food and excellent service. If you can request Dillon or Cassandra, you'll be so glad you did! Thank you both!!!

Went to MacGregor Draft House for dinner and was not disappointed. The meatloaf was insanely good—comfort food at its finest. I wasn’t expecting to love it as much as I did. Also, huge shoutout to Mia, our server. She was super nice, made great recommendations, and made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be going back soon.

I stopped by MacGregor Draft House recently and was seriously impressed. The meatloaf was the star of the show—super flavorful and cooked just right. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you’re in the mood for some solid comfort food.
Also, our server Mia was awesome—super friendly, on top of everything, and just made the whole vibe even better. I’ll definitely be back!

A group of us went to supper before dancing at Back Then. I was torn between a Cheesesteak sandwich and the Steak Wrap. I picked the Steak Wrap swapped out the chips for a side salad with blue cheese

We were regulars until new ownership and have been dissatisfied with the changes. Many favorite menu items are gone, there's a steep upcharge
for grilled chicken on a salad, the burger buns are too soft resulting in soggy sandwich.
My husband ordered a loaded baked potato which was an upcharge of $2 for a total of $7 it was a rather small potato with very little cheese, butter( he had to ask for more) or other toppings. The fish and chips are good and generous. The wait staff no longer share tips and tables and it shows, service is slower and staff are not as accommodating. We have found Craft Public House to be a better choice for us.
If we return it would only be for the Fish and chips.
Can not recommend - food of very low quality. served almost cold. Meat flaxy. Vegetables without taste. Size of serving not adequat for price...

This is my favorite go to spot for watching our favorite team play football on Sundays! My husband loves the Dijon steak wrap and my favorite is the Cobb salad. Always so fresh every time we go. Sophie has a bubbly and sweet personality that never ceases to make our day. As fellow hospitality professionals we love this restaurant!
