Masa Sushi & Ramen offers a delightful dining experience with its flavorful ramen dishes, including the spicy tan tan, spicy tonkotsu, and curry vegetarian ramen, as well as appetizers like calamari and gyoza. The broths are light yet packed with taste, and the spice level is enjoyable. The restaurant has a very nice aesthetic and inviting environment, with a varied menu that includes excellent mid-tier sushi for the price. While some rolls are a miss, most are tasty. The staff and service are excellent, making it a great neighborhood spot in Cary, NC. The tonkatsu chicken ramen is amazing, and the vegetarian options are delicious. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and kid-friendly, though parking can be limited. Tables are a bit close together, but this doesn’t take away from the overall experience.
