Maximillians Grill & Wine Bar

Another wonderful dinner at Maximillians Grill, this time to celebrate a birthday with friends. Maximillians never disappoints! The food is sheer perfection! The menu changes regularly and offers a variety of selections to please any palate. And the service could not be better, which truly enhances an evening out. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went on a date Wednesday evening. Hudson was our waiter and was the epitome of what great service represents! -highly recommend Maximillian's.

This was our first time visiting. The service was excellent. James did an extraordinary job taking care of us by being very informative and attentive as needed. The food was cooked correctly without need of any other seasonings or sauces. ( The bone marrow was excellent++ ) The pacing of the food and drink was also correct, we never felt rushed. The seating was not cramped and we had plenty of room to enjoy our stay. The sound was that of a normal adult restaurant, which was also very nice. My wife and I could carry on a solid conversation at normal levels without having to strain to hear.

Great as always. It's been a while since we dined here, loved the new drink menu offerings.

As always, Maximilians knocked it out of the park with outstanding service, innovative, delicious food locally sourced and prominently featured. Stellar wine selection, and full service bar. Highly recommend my favorite restaurant in Cary!

We discovered Maximillian’s over 10 years ago on an anniversary dinner and instantly fell in love with the food, the vibe and the incredible staff. It’s our go-to for special occasions and just-because! My favorite dish is the Pamlico shrimp but everything is divine. We have also hosted our office holiday party there and it was a crowd-pleaser, from the food to the bar selection to the ease of socializing. I cannot recommend it enough!

You will always get a great meal and cocktails at Maximillians Grill and Wine Bar.

I was invited for my birthday with family/friends, I had a wonderful time. ‘Phen’ I mean ‘Finn’ 😄 the waiter was outstanding and offered a wonderful service, food was very delicious! I was impressed with the quality, 5/5 all around, I couldn’t believe I live 0.4m from this restaurant and never visited or knew about it, I think a little more advertising of the place will increase its profit.

The food was fabulous, as usual. We had the grilled Craser salads, grilled trout and Korean BBQ. The coconut cake was to die for. My husband is still raving about it today! Always a good meal with good service.

Very comfortable and clean environment for any occasion. The staff is nice, the cooks are amazing, and the food is delicious. I will stop and eat here over and over again.

This restaurant is head and shoulders above any other we've experienced in the state of NC. That's saying a lot. We've dined at a great many places, here, throughout the country and across Europe as well. This restaurant ticks absolutely every box for me and its become the restaurant that I compare others to in the area. Many, despite their hype, just don't stack up to the high bar set by Maximilian's. One thing is certain, we will return.

First time dining here last night...great friendly staff, great atmosphere, and probably a Top 5 meal that I have ever had! THIS PLACE IS A GEM! You can absolutely tell it's local and fresh (and I normally think that's BS). Started with the Crispy Brussels Sprouts and then the Homage to the Pig and my wife got the Shrimp Pasta. Incredible (chef's kiss). Going back for sure!
