I am VERY disappointed with the service & consistency of this location ! On two occasions I ordered the steak , egg , & cheese bagel WITH THE FRESH ROUND EGG because of allergies to the square egg ... each time I was given the square egg . I called the restaurant 6 times no answer , why no one answers the phone during business hours ?!?! ! How difficult is it to complete my order the way I ordered it ?! #ANGRYCUSTOMER
terrible.
I told the gentleman working at the counter my wife messaged me from the bathroom and their was no toilet paper. He disappears into the men's room and then came out and tryied to hand me a wad of toilet paper. I asked him what about the next person and told him he needed to get a female employee to take it into the women's restroom for my wife. (I think it is illegal for me to go into the women's room in NC, right?)
