They have messed up my orders lately as many times as they've gotten it right. Last week, I ordered a plain cheeseburger, got back to work, and this thing was LOADED with mustard, Catsup, and pickles. This morning, I order a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, get to work, open it and I have a biscuit with a piece of egg... that's it.

Terrible service. Not professional AT ALL. Employees had a very bad attitude and I left the line in the middle of my order because I felt so uncomfortable. I’m usually not the type to write a review but that’s how bad my experience was at this specific McDonalds.

I placed a mobile curbside pick up order from my phone. The order eventually comes and this black woman wearing a red jacket and a beanie knocks on my car window. Basically, this McDonald's has an issue where they forget about an item and charge you for it anyways, so I kindly ask the woman "May I look through this so I can see if everything I ordered is here" to which the woman responded replied "I don't care, I'm not coming back out here" and then walked away. Absolutely terrible customer service. I do not recommend shopping here. Other McDonald's are not like this, and if they forget an item, they will give you it back, and even apologize about it. This woman was downright rude to me. Do not shop here!

I came through the drive through at 9:20 am December 23rd. I got 4 sausage burritos and 2 of them had mold on the tortilla. I tried calling 3 times to notify them and no one answered. All of the burritos were cold.

A very rude cashier that made my family’s experience unenjoyable and very little fries (I ordered medium size portions but the portions make it feel like a kids meal portion—it’s insane).
One morning, got a McMuffin that was hard as a rock. Didn't know till I was driving back home. Today, I was sitting in a spot waiting for my food for over twenty minutes. When they came out finally they brought the wrong food.

Went there this morning through the drive through, and when I started to order she claimed she couldn’t hear me even though I was almost yelling. She had an attitude the whole time while taking my order, and ended up not getting it correct. I pulled up to the second window and paid. I got two breakfast meals, The crispy chicken sandwich meal, and bacon mcgriddle. Didn’t get the hash brown or orange juice for the second order, and The crispy chicken sandwich was undercooked. I paid for 2 full meals, and an extra hash brown, and only got the two breakfast sandwiches, 1 orange juice, and 1 hash brown, and no receipt. Honestly the worse service i’ve had here.
What can I say? It's McDonald's.
