The worker was rude, and when she got my order wrong was even more rude. They were not kind. It was a specific worker she should be fired.

Always a bad experience here, this restaurant constantly gets orders wrong, forgets items & always has rude workers with horrible customer service. I recommend driving the extra minutes to Corporate Drive by Sheetz for quality service and food.

Went through the drive thru. Order was taken but slight attitude over the speaker. Then went to first window and the young gentleman was kind rude and didn’t say anything other than the total to pay. No receipt given or asked if I wanted one.
Young gentleman working the second window didn’t speak at all, just handed me my food and looked away while doing so.. I know I am probably 20years older than this kids but seriously .. saying good morning and have a great day with a 😃 go along way in my book.
But that sausage egg with cheese biscuit just might have made up for it!! 👏🏼

They will sell non made to order food from the previous dinner shift. Ordered 2 Mcdoubles at 10:35AM. Received two very old (5+hour) heat lamp baked burgers. You can tell when a burger has been sitting for while, and why would it have been sitting if they just begun serving lunch? Because it was from the prior dinner shift. Please do better

The person taking my order had the hardest time putting it in the computer,l when I ordered a meal, I finally gave up and paid more than I needed to to just have it be over with
Forgot half of my food and then THREW AWAY the correct food just to remake one burger??? Gave me an attitude the whole time like I was the one who messed up the order

I had a really bad experience today and last time with the manager Bob Packer. she was really rude with bad attitude and no respect for the customer . She told me I’m the manager not your slave and she left me hanging like no body is there while I just came to pickup my order with my kids. She make someone else taking again my order after she canceled my order and left me. The order was cold with no sauce. Not deserving to be a manager with her disrespectful attitude especially front of my kids I felt humiliated Never coming back.

Surprisingly came here during the time of the high school letting out it was very clean it was not crazy or hectic food was delicious very impressed with this MD

May be just do mobile order or drive thru, if you eat at the restaurant be prepare to take A WHILE to get your order. They don't seem to prep the order on order...the employee is rude and very stingy with the sauce. I have 3 kind of food and they only willing to give me 1 sauce at first then I complained and they gave me another one. Just don't feel like coming back to this location.
