Pulled up to drive through, was rudely rushed and told their time is waiting on us to order. We explained there is no one even behind us. The woman taking the orders continued to explain rudely how their time starts at soon as we pull up. When we pull up to the window to soak to a manager directly we are told she was indeed the manager but the man at the window said he is the manager and would not allow us to speak to her when we requested. He argued that we said we were ready and we weren't. We again explained that there was no one in line behind us and that we have multiple kids to order for, all telling us what they'd like. I will never go to this establishment again because of their absolutely ill-mannered employees. Even while speaking with him about our give minute experience at the speaker, another woman employee is cussing under her breath about the situation as if we said something about her. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or be kind in any way, these employees were impolite. Plain and simple. There's no need for that. I would not even give you one star. Hopefully you will consider this experience and report to be more courteous to future guests.

I told them 3 times my drive through code and they insisted they do not have my order until I pulled out my receipt. I ordered two drinks but didn’t get them. The guy at the counter is rude and ignores my multiple requests. Won’t be here again 🤬🤬🤬

Terrible Mc store. It has a weird crocked parking area. Inside was cold & dirty. The guy at the register had the filthiest apron on. I walked in saw that & i was ready to throw up. I looked at the menu, didnt see a salad, i asked him if they have salad, he said no. I guess salad is too healthy for McDonalds' in NC. I walked out, im glad they didnt have the salad. If they had it & i ended up getting one i bet i would have had some major stomach problems afterwards. Rarely seen a McD store & employee as filthy as this.

Can’t comment on the food or atmosphere. BUT the staff behind the counter are extremely unprofessional. I went to pick up and an order and no one would speak a word. No greeting, no confirmation they understood what I was asking for, NOTHING! Giving hard working fast food workers a bad rep. They are the first the impression customers see and they have ZERO verbal communications skills. This was Monday afternoon 12/23

Worst place. Every time I go I say this is last time but it’s convenient for my kid and his high school friends. My mobile order is never ready and I get it later than ppl who order there. Worst customer service. Rude. Staff could care less.

Despite all this criticism and no one has intervened to settle the matter in this damned store, why are these useless people not disciplined here? This is the worst place to come to.

Ordered food through the app and when I went to pick it up, they claimed they didn't get the order while on my side my app showed the order went through and also gave the prompt that it had been accepted by me.

Even if it was an app malfunction and not someone accidentally pushing my order, I get that technology can have its issues. Problem lies with the staff. Even though the manager acknowledged the fault in the app and acknowledged that it was an issue, I was just given the answer of figure it out, that it's not their problem. They wouldn't take my receipt to just make the food even though I clearly paid for it, and with how difficult it is to get money back from the app, I'm likely out that money.
