After being charged for 3 drinks when I get to the window to get my food, they only handed me two drinks. She wanted me to pay again for my large drink. Both drinks that I did get were wrong. After trying to explain to lady at the window that I’m missing a drink 4 times 4 different ways she still continued to tell me that she took my order and I didn’t order 3 drinks. Had she just given me my receipt and actually looked at it. Needless to say I had to drive 10 minutes down the road and order my drinks all over again. The hash browns were gross and hard as a rock! I would never return to this location!

Meh it's McDonald's they literally take the fast out of fast food and honestly can you even call it food. Avoid this place. 35 minutes for two hamburgers. Seriously someone just made more than I paid for me to wait on two hamburgers what a joke!

We needed to grab food late (it was 10:30 pm). The drive thru was backed up, so we had to wait. Not a big deal. Placed my order at our turn. The order taker completely messed up our order. Added food that I didn’t ask for and didn’t give me a total. Waited our turn to pay. Order was more than I expected, but I was tired, so I didn’t question it.
Finally got our food. Realized they doubled everything that I ordered and left out an order of fries and a drink. The line was too long to go back through to get the missing drink and the dining room appeared to be closed.

This McDonald's need to train their employees over. I also come thru the drive and order a large lemon aid. Today When I got my lemon aid and went back to my office. The lemon aid was water down. This is so unacceptable when people pay their hard earn money and do not get what they have paid for. Please do better. And the lady at the window knew it was water down. Just sorry!

After a minute, they asked if I was ready to order, so I repeated it. Went through that whole process 3 times. Finally got my food, and lo and behold 3 of the 4 items were wrong
