Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Waited in one of two lines for forever while the other line had orders taken. When I explained this as my the lady finally came on the speaker, thaw immediately got argumentative and defensive to me and did nothing to make the situation right. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else in the surrounding area.

no one should have to come back just to get what they originally asked for. the night shift needs to be re trained- got to the first window and asked if the fries could be fresh and got told by the young man “well since you already paid we can’t do that” umm what? makes no sense since i haven’t even gotten my food yet, so it wasn’t like i was returning old food, i just wanted fresh fries for my family.

I walk in here and the store is all clean, the food is all fresh and good portions, and the attitudes are great. If I had some money, I'd tip them all with the savings from the promotion. McDonald’s, Cary NC: A Rough Experience in Fast Food My visit to the McDonald’s in Cary, North Carolina was a letdown from start to finish. The service felt rushed and unfriendly, and the order came out completely wrong—it was hard to tell the difference between the fish sandwich and the hamburger, which says a lot about the quality that day. Fast food doesn’t have to mean careless food, but that’s how it felt here. Between the mix-ups and the attitude at the counter, this location needs serious improvement in both accuracy and customer service. Until that happens, it’s one I’ll be driving past.

Someone in the kitchen must’ve smoked a cigarette and then returned to touching food with their hands without watching. Our food literally tasted like cigarette.
