It is a great place to have a frozen yogurt but bathrooms need a lot of attention. Bathrooms show the cleaning culture of a place, they need to be cleaned.

Serving spoiled frozen yogurt. Not sure how they are allowed to operate. Terrible experience, I didn't bother reading the reviews before going because its a froyo shop, how bad can it be? The reviews are correct though. Avoid this place

One star because the counter girl was really nice, but I went in and went to get a quart from the freezer which is $6.99. I noticed that a lot of the flavors were seasonal like eggnog and pumpkin, but there was a marshmallow in the back and I grabbed it and took it up to the counter. When I got to the counter, I noticed the date was February on the marshmallow froyo. So I asked the girl at the counter: Is this OK because, it was two days from June 1 making this about 4 months old. And she said :truthfully, they sit in there a long time I would suggest just getting it out of the machine and avoiding anything in the freezer, so I did. I got two flavors and didn’t even come close to filling up my bowl and it was $11. That’s a quarter of the size of the quart which was only $7. And I didn’t get any toppings whatsoever so I will never go back here. If my choice is Highway robbery or 4 month old froyo , I’ll take nothing.

I ordered a custom froyo cake on Friday. The nice girl on the phone took my order down and said it would be ready by Monday afternoon. I called ahead before I arrived and was told that there wasn’t a cake with my name. The employee tried to reach his boss but never got an answer. I arrived to find that the only cake they had did not have any custom writing on it. Luckily, the employee (Martin) agreed to sell me the cake that they had. It was the same flavor that I ordered just without the custom writing. Very disappointed that they dropped the ball with my order. I usually come here with my kids to get their soft serve froyo but I don’t recommend relying on their cake orders.

My favorite frozen yogurt place! They usually have cake batter, which is my favorite flavor, but all of the flavors are good and they switch them out pretty frequently. There's also so many topping options. I love it here

We know other Menchie locations and know that this one is not up to a standard one would expect. It’s dirty. Dirt, sticky floor, yogurt was not frozen at all and many of the flavors were missing. Really disappointing.

The place in general is very dirty. Dirty floor,dirty dispensers, the kitchen area looks dirty and messy, dirty tables and trash cans full of garbage.

Dirty store. Dirty restrooms. Sour-faced cashier. Yogurt is always good.

Store was a mess. Most cold toppings were gone but gross empty containers were still in the basin. Most of the frozen yogurts were “broken” or out.

1st time I tried just sorbet and no chocolate whatsoever....absolutely a Winner!!!! Will return over and over again...sorbet with strawberries and blueberries on the side-- please!!!

It's a very good place to have frozen yogurt for kids & adults. Very clean. Customer service was great.

Great frozen yogurt, but closes way to early. A lot of families including mine, have a late dinner and want to go for some ice cream. But menchies is immediately ruled out because they are already closed.

Kids love to go to Menchie’s and every time I go atleast 50 -% of the machines don’t work. Today drove extra mile to take them to sweet frog and they enjoyed it .
