great cozy little boba shop. i’ve enjoyed their milk teas and all of them have been consistent in taste and quality. this location was great! staff was friendly and greeted us upon arrival.

This used to be my favorite boba tea place in the area but…I think they recently changed their staff, and new staff is terrible at customer service. Starting from making the wrong orders, closing 5-7 minutes earlier, denying to take new orders even though it is not closing time yet, speaking with the customer rudely, basically they’ve successfully degraded the service quality. I was not surprised seeing only one customer on a weekend when I visited it last. This place used to be full of people.

Probably the worst ice cream in the whole NC. The quality of ice cream tastes worse than the frozen Walmart ice creams. Plus it’s so sweet, I had to throw it out. I felt like catching diabetes while eating that garbage. And on top of that they lost my friend’s order, so he had to wait for a long time. Never coming back again. Do yourself a favor and find other Ice-cream shops near Raleigh.

Was disappointed in their seasonal drink specials they had. I got the Cocomelon. It was disappointing that it did not look anywhere near the picture they had on display. There was no pink in the drink. It was white drink bc of splashes of coconut milk with bits of watermelon pieces with crystal jelly. It looked as if it's similar in color to the Pink Drink from Starbucks in photo. No distinctive taste besides tasting the watermelon and coconut milk.

My go to spot for jasmine milk tea with boba. Their boba pearls are always the perfect chewiness for me. I have pretty much tried and liked all the fruit teas but especially love the guava lime tea with lemon ice jelly. In my opinion the Cary location is also the best one of their locations.
