First time visit and it was great. Different flavors of milkshakes and I wanted to try the new pumpkin pie shake. That first sip was phenomenal. Tasted like a solid pumpkin pie slice, but after getting halfway thru, there was something that was very overpowering. Almost as if it went from pumpkin pie to ginger snaps. One of the best milkshakes I've ever had. One of the employees gave us some chocolate covered strawberries they were about to throw out and they were delicious too. I was hesitant to try because it's a chain, but it was pretty great.
I absolutely love The Milkshake Factory! Ever since discovering this new gem in Downtown Cary back in February, I’ve been a regular customer since! Everything about this place is top notch. Everyone who works there is incredibly sweet and I will remember each and every one of them. I’m active duty in the military and they really took care of me!
