I absolutely loved my experience at Miss Chang An. The food tasted incredibly authentic — every bite brought back memories of home. The liangpi (cold noodles) were perfectly chewy and full of flavor, and the beef soup was rich, comforting, and deeply satisfying. You can really tell the dishes are made with care. Food was good, all ingredients taste fresh, i had gotten a headache after but i dont do to well with salty foods or msg, i would recommend giving this place a try if you haven't
I tried the Roujiamo and Hot & Sour Noodles at this restaurant, and both were absolutely delicious! The Roujiamo was crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, with a generous portion of flavorful meat. The hot & sour noodles had the perfect balance of tangy and spicy, with chewy noodles that soaked up all the flavor—so addictive! The service was friendly, the food came out quickly, and the place was clean and cozy. It really reminded me of the taste of home....
