We saw the website and saw gulabjamun rabdi in a clay pot, but when checked with the person inside he said it was never there. I asked for rasmalai rabdi, and it was horrible. Rasmalai is hard, and condensed milk poured over it. Too bad .. and expensive too.. waste of time and money. Don't recommend at all

Not really a mithai (sweets) cafe thing. Coffee tea was not available when the store was open. I went there around 12:30 pm and tea coffee was not available. This cafe opens at 12 pm. Sweet was good but less options.

Terrible place, they should shut it down. The guy at the cafe was least interested in serving the customer. He already had his excuses ready even before we could order the food. And talking about the food, please stop claiming that you serve authentic bengali food. None of your items tasted anything closer to the food you get in Bengal. My suggestion send your chef for a trip to West Bengal so that you can run the business delivering better tasting dishes. Would never recommend the place to anybody.

The food that we ate at this restaurant was all frozen and old food. The sweets were tasteless. The chaat items were tasteless. Worst ever restaurants. Don’t try this food. Even the other store items are much better. They should close this restaurant.

An horrible experience! The Chhole Bhature that we ate were such a blot on this popular dish. The Chhole were tasteless and spiceless, the Bhatures, all raw!! The worst still, the restaurant didn’t even have chilli powder to serve! Imagine, An Indian restaurant with no chilli powder!!🤣🤣Overall, the restaurant is a shame on Indian cuisine!!

An unsolicited advice - Please don’t serve what you can’t make properly!🙏🙏

Visited Mithai shop after going over the google reviews.

All mithais were prepackaged, i got rasgulla and single serve of rasmalai and rabri.

1. Rasgulla was very bad and i feel it was old and expired as it has foul taste, single serve rabri/rasmalai was ok.
2. The attendant was not helpful and doesn’t know how to behave with kids.

Mithai has mold , had experience twice. I bought for me $55.00 and for my $62.00 both had mold, it happened month ago also. I thought it’s okay first time. I live in Charlotte, NC. I can’t go and argue with him. I never recommend to anyone.i had to put in trash.
