Customer service is horrible and food was cold after waiting 30min

The dude with the long hair upfront at the register is so rude. I walked in and said hey & immediately he turned around and walked into the kitchen and said nothing. He didnt greet a single person after me and just looked mad the whole time.

Experience was eh, not too crazy about it… staff wasn’t the nicest either. Expected more friendly from staff and also better quality…. Donuts were basic. Drinks were watered down and filled with ice, don’t think I’d come back.

The service was great! The cashier was very courteous and attentive. I got the potato mozzarella corn dog, churro donut, and Thai tea. The corn dog was the best item. But it was all pretty tasty.

My daughter and I visited your establishment Friday around 5:30. We walked in and placed our order on the iPad. The guy behind the counter was polite, and let us know it would be about 15-20 minutes for our order. I thanked him for the heads up, and sat down. Drinks and donuts came out within 10 minutes, and we sat and waited for the 2 corn dogs. It took 38 minutes to get the order, and when we got them, they were really terrible. The lady working in the kitchen was extremely rude. She walked out and said something but no one understood what she was asking. Apparently she messed up a corndog and was offering a free one to anyone. I only know that because when I walked up to the trash can to toss my stuff, she was very loudly making fun of the customers in the dining room and repeating the story of offering the free item to us, but we didn't respond. The donuts were yummy, but we wanted the corn dogs for our dinner, and they were really soggy and gross and the flavor of the cheeto dust was very stale and weird. Spent $40 and wasted an hour of time, to leave and have to go get dinner elsewhere. Not pleasant at all.

My brother and I went on a sibling date. My brother got the brown sugar Boba. I got the Ube Boba, as well as a melon mochinut and the Cheeto hot dog. The environment was super pretty and clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. I love the technology ordering system so they were able to see everything that they have to offer. They have many different things that you can try and I would say this is a really fun place to get a fun snack

Had an unfortunate experience yesterday at Mochinut. I walked in and the person behind the counter did not acknowledge me. I walked to the ipad to begin my order while the young woman walked to the back. I had questions, so I waited patiently. After a few minutes, she reappeared, and began making two drinks for the customer before me. Her back was towards me the whole time, and she never made eye contact or spoke to me. I should have just walked out, but I really wanted to try the mochi doughnuts! After more than 12 minutes (I know the time because I texted my daughter right as I got out of my car) she FINALLY noticed me when she handed the drinks to the other person. I said I had some questions so she stopped and spoke to me. She had NO answers for the allergy information I was seeking, which frankly should be available for the customers on the ipad and on the wall. She kept saying she would ask in the back. The one drink I wanted was out of stock (?) so I went ahead and placed my (much reduced) order since I didn't have the allergy info. Then she disappeared again and I waited another 7 minutes before the 2 doughnuts came out. I tasted the lemon right away: it was okay, although I was surprised it was cool (not cold exactly, but I thought they must be making it to order since the wait was so long.) I split the smores later with my daughter and we both agreed there was an artificial flavor, maybe from the marshmallow, which ruined the taste. Won't be returning.
