The mod pizza experience is good in theory, but fails in execution. First, they are VERY slow taking in orders. If there are more than 2 or 3 people in line when you come in, you might as well go somewhere else. Their process for taking orders is very inefficient and the staff are not in a hurry. Second, the pizza was BLAND. We ordered two pizzas with lots of different toppings and sauces. Neither had much flavor. You can getting better pizza just about anywhere. We also ordered a side Caesar salad which consists of 4 ingredients (lettuce, parm cheese, dressing and croutons). They forgot the croutons... I mean really. Third, the service is not good. Lots of workers standing around and only a few people actually doing anything. No sense of urgency. We stood at the counter for a full 10 minutes watching the guy make the order placed by the people in front of us. Only after he was almost done did he acknowledge us. I'm pretty sure they were stoned. Won't be going back.

what I ordered vs what I got. It was a joke, walked in and they didn't know we were there waited for about 15 mins then someone came out the back and took our order didn't apologize for the wait or nothing but here is the result of the wait just poor service all around.

My husband and I are here and the pizza 🍕 was awesome. I love the fact that we were able to create our own with the size that matched each of our appetites. The pizza makers were all nice and patient with us as we made our decisions. The lemonade 🍋 drink was very tasty as well.

The food here is always great and enjoyable. The staff are friendly and you can see your pizza getting cooked which is always fun to see. The restaurant has a lot of MOD themed wallpapers, photos, etc.
Vegetarian options: You can pick your own toppings without extra charge, which is great. There are also the “specialty” ones which some are vegetarian.
Parking: Shopping center parking in a large space
Kid-friendliness: There is a couple of kids options which gets a mini pizza and juice or milk.

I ordered a veggie pizza, specifying **only** vegetarian toppings. Yet, to my complete shock and disgust, the pizza arrived covered in bacon and chicken—both of which I cannot eat due to strict dietary restrictions. This is not just a small mistake; it’s a complete failure in basic attention to detail and respect for customers' needs. It shows a disturbing level of carelessness from Mod Pizza, and frankly, it’s unacceptable. For a company that caters to diverse dietary preferences, this is a huge issue. What if this had been an allergy? This isn't just about a wrong order—it's about neglecting customer health and safety. I expected better, but clearly, Mod Pizza doesn't take these matters seriously.

Came in at 9:20 website says the restaurant closes at 10pm. Soon as we came in a young man told me store was closed because they already shut their dough press down. Very irritating since we had 3 small children with us next time will go to Blaze Pizza instead!
