Decent experience with the food and prep. Got accused by "Gracie" of not letting her know about a side item she didnt charge for. Came up to my table halfway through my meal which was directly in front of register. Done a different way would of been fine. But to accuse then put someone else on the register to pay after we were done eating was crazy. So thanks Gracie we won't be coming back to that location.
Came here for a quick dinner and usual experience at MOD is pretty good. Being one of the only customers in the place, service was good and pizza was made correctly. However "Gracie" forgot to charge for a side item garlic bread for my order, I was not aware that this happened until she came up to the table we were eating at which is directly in front of the cashier halfway through the meal and blamed us for not letting her know we ordered the item. Thought that since Mod has gluten free crust and dairy-free cheese, that they care about those with food allergies and sensitivity...not the case. The staff seemed annoyed and inconvenienced by my request to accommodate my son's allergy to dairy and wheat. I left with. Nothing. We will continue to eat Blaze...where they care. Also the Lady in the colorful ball cap was really rude.
