Moe's? No, no, no!

The workers had ZERO sense of urgency

Food had been sitting out for what appears a long time

They were out of chips, told us they would get some going, had to be kindly reminded, and we ended up getting them after we had finished eating. And the kicker? The chips were horrible.

I ordered a stack but the woman assembled a burrito. At every step of the assembly I told her she was making the wrong thing, but she just kept barking at me asking what ingredients I wanted. Finally when I got to the register I told that employee it was wrong. Instead of remaking it correctly, he just slid a crunchy taco shell in the burrito, but didn’t add the other correct ingredients like queso. Then we tried to use a coupon from the app, but the QR code wouldn’t load. The employee said we couldn’t use it unless the QR code loaded, even though he could read everything else on the coupon. Absolutely no sense of customer service or caring.

I just had a terrible encounter with a rude worker at Moe's on Weston Parkway. She wasn't making my burrito the way that I asked her to. I told her twice the kind of meat that I wanted and maybe she didn't understand. However, she became frustrated, rolled her eyes at me, and began talking to the young lady next to her in Spanish. She'd previously been speaking English. I told her to stop being rude and to continue speaking in English.
She replied that she didn't care! Please correct this behavior right away!!!!

Cook your damn rice all the way. Why is the rice in my burrito crunchy. 20 bucks to get a burrito with crunchy ass rice door dashed to my place. That’s such an easy thing to do. Cook your damn rice.

Earlier today, I sent my 16 year old daughter over to Moe's as I checked out at another store to get her and her sister a late lunch. She had a coupon and told the person at the order station, they told her to show it at the register. In true teenager fashion, she forgot. She immediately told the person checking her out and he said "Sorry, we cannot take it off. You have to show it before paying." So she comes and tells me. I told her that was not acceptable then I went over. One lady told me there was nothing they could do and proceeds to speak Spanish to the other employee. I explained it was an honest mistake but an exception should be made. She gets another member of the team out of the kitchen. He rudely tells me "No, she did not give it to me before paying." I said I understand that, but this can be remedied in good faith. He forcefully RIPS the food bags out of my hand, throws them away. Then processes a refund for the entire transaction and "throws" the receipt in my face, returning to the kitchen. Granted, it was paper so it didn't go far. I am appalled and stunned at this time so I asked the other employee what his name was. She refused to give it to me and after the 2nd or 3rd time asking says "You aren't getting his information and just walks away." I cannot believe as a customer (owning up to a mistake) we were treated this way. Instead of just fixing it, they threw perfectly good food away and didn't get any of the sale. DO NOT SUPPORT A BUSINESS LIKE THIS!

I placed an online order and accidentally selected this location. Upon realizing my mistake within 60 seconds of receiving the confirmation email, I attempted to call the store dozens of times to cancel my order, but no one answered. I eventually had to contact the corporate catering team, who also tried reaching the store, the store manager, and their catering contact, but no one picked up for them either. The catering person I spoke to said they left a voicemail with the manager and the catering contact asking them to call me back, but they never did. Unfortunately, the catering person I spoke to was unable to cancel the order.

Very clean. I'm disappointed at the server/cashier and she was in a rush. There wasn't anyone in front or behind me It will be nice if people would be nicer. I don't know what was going on with her, but it was not a pleasant experience.

Not sure what I just tried to eat I asked for chicken on my bowl and it looked like artificial something I’m not sure what. Tasted nasty. I’ve been here twice. My first and last time. Extremely gross. What a waste of time and money.

We ordered our meals online for pick up. We get our order and once we get home only one of the meals had meat that was ordered. Two of the burritos had NO meat and one salad as well had no meat. We are very disappointed with the service.

This is the first time we used this restaurant as the others we usually go to do a very good job.

this is not a burrito bowl from Moe’s. It’s a burrito bowl from chipotle. And it’s pretty pathetic.

Don’t go to chipotle, go to Moe’s. They’re not perfect, but they’re better than chipotle.

Parking: It's in a busy strip mall with a lot of popular businesses nearby. Parking can be a challenge.
