This negative review is because of not honoring Moe's Monday. Despite a large sign on the window advertising Moe's Monday $7.99 burrito deal, with a drink. I was informed at the checkout that I have to order on the app for that. Well what do I do with the burrito already made and waiting in line for, apparently pay full price and not order a drink either. Customers need to be aware this is your policy. I'm sure many other people have experienced what I did.

Had to shout out the awesome team at this location…I had a super last minute catering order and they did it, no questions asked! Ralph was super helpful in getting my order set up over the phone and they had it ready when I arrived! The food was for a work meeting, so I did not get to enjoy it myself, but everyone that did had great things to say.

Food was great! Service was above average and employees were friendly. Where the experience suffered: All trash cans were packed full, floor was filthy and littered with chips. Tables were not clean. Red salsa was completely empty. Only had a small amount of green salsa left. Behind the counter everything was great. The restaurant itself seemed unmanaged.

Haven’t eaten here in a long time. They are a bit pricey but I had a coupon spend $20 get $12 off. My Three Taco meal was awesome filled with fresh ingredients. One taco was missing sour cream but the other 2 were correct. The guacamole was so fresh and amazing but $3.00 is a lot for a 4 oz small container. Paying more for fresh delicious food makes it worth while!

Had food delivered via Uber Eats through Instacart and is completely inedible. The rice is way under cooked and hard. Called the store and was told that they changed their rice and have had a lot of complaints about it. They also forgot our salsa and the Queso... So essentially no lunch for me today and wasted over $40 UberEats & Instacart will not do anything to resolve issue and that isn’t on Moe’s. But if Moe’s knows they are selling a subpar product and continues to sell it that is horrible business practice and will not be eating here anymore

Im pretty sure that a burrito isn’t supposed to taste all the same as just a tortilla. New people in the front for some reason. Missing the people who were working here before. Especially homie that would always say “To Moes” when you walk in. He was the fire of this establishment. Hopefully we see him again cause thats when this place will actually start having some seasoning in it.

Quality has gone way down at this location. Adobo chicken no longer looks like it is cooked on the flat top, it's slimy and soft to where it feels raw on a bite. They also always seem to be out of the El Guapo salsa. Will not be back.

Bad service. Doesn’t get orders right. 3rd strike. 1st strike got all 3 items wrong and made sloppy. Mgr promised to make it up next visit. 2nd strike tried to get promised order. That mgr was gone and didn’t get promise. 3rd strike got all three items wrong.
The other Moes is further away but worh the trip

So I hadn’t been to moes in quite a while and man do I wish I had just gone the extra miles to chipolte! There was about 1/4 cup rice maybe 1/4 cup or less of beans and I’m not kidding, about 6 little squares of chicken. The same small amounts of everything else in the bowl. Definitely Not recommending moes ever again. Sadly, the issue wasn’t just the minuscule amount of food (especially different from past visits) but the actual taste was gone. Idk what the manager or franchise owner has done to this place to make it so god awful in every way but I won’t be there to get ripped off and left hungry again after spending over 50$ for 4 bowls! I’m a new chipolte girl. Stay away from this location! I’m going to follow this up with a phone call to the manager and a formal complaint to the corporate office. Franchises are supposed to be the exact same at every more and this place is the farthest from an actual moes I’ve ever seen.
