I’ve been contemplating leaving a review for a while, as I usually don’t, but today was my tipping point. The quality of the food here is terrible and honestly looks gross. The steak I ordered was so burnt that I couldn’t even eat it. The rice is hard and the lettuce is brown. Portions are tiny, and for the price, it’s just not worth it. Moes is usually my favorite restaurant but I can honestly say I will never go back to this one.

It's been about a year since I've been to Moe's. I visited today with my son and got take out. Tell me why I paid $13.00 for this?! I ordered my burrito naked, so in a bowl, and asked for the tortilla it would come in on the side. The reason being, I usually eat agter I put my son to bed and I wanted to be able to heat it all up and then roll the burrito so I didn't have to microwave the lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole. They had no problem doing this, but they had the NERVE to charge me for the tortilla. Um what? How can you charge me for the tortilla when I ordered a burrito. It literally comes in a tortilla. I asked if she understood what I ordered because I thought maybe she misunderstood what I ordered. Nope...she said Moe's charges for the tortilla when you ask for it on the side, even though it's literally part of the meal. The portion sizes was ridiculously small. My 4 year old was hungry after his ADULT entree. I will not be going back. I understand with inflation prices have had to increase but how dare you increase prices by 50% AND decrease portion sizes to less than a kid's meal, AND start charging for standard items. Go to Chipotle. Their food is a higher quality, larger portions, and actually it's cheaper, too!

Placed an order for delivery And although the delivery driver delivered the bag that had my name on it the food inside was not mine. Called the store and they said they'd refund me and I never received my refund and have yet to hear back. Still bitter.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MOES LOCATION. They barely put any food in their bowls, it’s like they are rationing you. I honestly think children in Africa get bigger meals than I do at this moes location. $12 for a bowl that has half a portion of everything is absolutely absurd.

Honestly always came here for food till they remodeled. Everything changed, food isn’t as flavorful as it used to be and everything seems to always be dirty/out of something. I miss the old Moes, old staff! Much nicer and always had things ready! DONT recommend this location, waste of money!! 👎🏼
My whole family loves Moe's. The portions are enormous. A bowl typically lasts at least 2 sometimes 3 meals. We have eaten here for years, sometimes weekly. The food is consistent. The staff is always friendly. The decor is cute.
