It was our daughter’s first birthday and we had given a 4 pastel shade macaroon tower matching our birthday theme and on the the day of the birthday at the time of delivery, we call them before taking out and they say that they never prepared the order. It was really disappointing to see them do this without any regrets.we rushed and took quite a few left in store to only see they were terrible and very dry and not fresh, and got charged the same price that they took for the order. Would not order here if it’s for a big event.

I wished that the macaroons looked as perfect as in person as on their website. Upon store entry, the macaroons looked terrible and uneven...not presentable. The quality of taste is quite different as well as other macaroon I've tried. I wished the packaging and presentation were better. I will not return. $16 wasted for 6. Only tried 2.

I think the Cary location is quite bad compared to the Raleigh locations. They always seem extra dry, and crispy like they are leftovers from the Raleigh locations. If you actually get a fresh macaroon they are great, but this location is very inconsistent unfortunately

Have been to this place a few times and it's always great. Today I order a dozen to be delivered. I sat down to eat them tonight after dinner and realized my order was incorrect. Two of the flavors I ordered weren't included. Instead I received what I think was a sugar cookie flavor and mint chocolate. The sugar cookie tasting one was ok, although I was really wanting the cotton candy. But the mint chocolate was way too minty and tasted more like toothpaste.

Really great macarons and drinks! Super cute atmosphere, really well decorated with an adorable spot for pictures. Cashier was kind, attentive and patient! Loved it.

VERY disappointed! I signed up for the box of the month back in February and I have yet to receive it (we are now at the end of May). I requested my subscription be cancelled and refunded and I have received no communication PLUS today my card was charged again. HORRIBLE customer service! CANCEL my subscription and REFUND all charges back to and including February!

So glad they opened a location closer to me! I am Mon Macaron's biggest fan and love their ability to custom print on macarons and their variety of flavors. The salted caramel is my favorite! Highly highly recommend!
This is a really cute French style (even had French music) Macaron shop near the Cary library and park! I got tea and macarons and both were nice, especially the macarons! Very cute place! I went with my mom on a girl date and had fun!

I Have been wanting to visit this beautiful establishment for quite some time since they opened . Finally went yesterday as a celebrate for my birthday . The staff was very nice we came in and took some beautiful pictures. They had a limited selection, possibly due to the holidays. We bought 10 macaroons between the both of us . It was very disappointing. Macarons are my favorite and these were not fresh at all . They said these come from the Raleigh location , but there is no way they were made the day before they had to have been sitting since the day before Christmas. So disappointed I really wanted to taste a fresh banana budding , Nutella , cotton candy , lavender and a few others .
