This has become our go-to spot—we’ve been coming here consistently for quite a while, and the food is always on point. The service is attentive and friendly as well. The only challenge is that it gets pretty packed on weekends, and it feels like they could use a few more staff members during those busy times. Overall, a reliable place we’re always happy to return to.
Best Vietnamese food in the area (e.g., vermicelli with grilled pork, pho with rare beef) if you're willing to accept the ideosyncracies. The owner seems to be the chef(?), so you'll get your food when he's ready. Good news, he's a perfectionist, so be prepared for a great meal.
If you're looking for the best pho in Cary area, look no further than No. 1 Pho. Rich, fresh, flavorful, high quality ingredients. Just pure delicious pho here. My friend took me here and I was hooked with this place. 10/10 and highly recommend!
