TOFU CURRY SOUP IS INSANELY GOOD
Always wonderful experience trying their Curry Noodles
Great vegetarian ramen option in Raleigh. The tofu curry ramen is our go to comfort food.
I visited Noodle Blvd and was really let down. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the staff seemed friendly at first. There was no wait, which was great. I ordered the Spicy Seafood Tom Yum Ramen for $18, expecting a decent portion of noodles and seafood.
Instead, I got a small bowl that looked like it came from an instant noodle package — just two small shrimp and a few scallop pieces. The broth was flavorful, but the portion was disappointing and left me hungry. When I mentioned my concerns to the server, he simply said, “that’s how the bowl is,” and didn’t seem to care at all.
Then I noticed I was overcharged for a Thai tea. I showed the price listed on their own QR code menu. The server said the paper menus hadn’t been updated, offered to get the manager — but never did — and just returned to honor the online price with no apology or acknowledgment.
To ignore valid feedback, overcharge customers, and not even offer a simple apology is just bad business. I’ve been to plenty of local ramen spots with much better food, fair pricing, and staff that actually value customers. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
The tofu curry ramen I ordered was tasty and flavorful. The staff is polite!
A MUST TRY when in Cary. One of the best ramen shops I've been to. The chicken curry ramen is my go to, decided to switch it up though. Can't go wrong with any of them though
The ramen was flavorful. Would like to see more veggies though. We got there at opening and there was already a line. Popular place!
Good noodle shop and very friendly staff and owner. Duck ramen is my favorite! Other Japanese ramen are also good. Also, a good size portion.

This restaurant has seriously gone downhill. First off, the parking is a nightmare—expect to wait over 20 minutes to find a spot, if you're lucky. But the real issue lies with the service. My wife and I requested a table instead of a bar seat, which we were told was reserved for groups of two or more—fair enough. However, shortly after, a group of two was seated at that exact table, despite asking after us. It felt inconsiderate and unprofessional.
The staff seemed stingy with everything—each request was met with resistance, and it was clear they weren’t eager to help. To top it off, when I decided to leave a cash tip, I marked “no tip” on the card and was rudely confronted about it. Here's a piece of advice: don’t ask customers about their tip. It’s simply bad form.
Overall, it was a frustrating experience. The service has become far below what it used to be, and I doubt we’ll be returning any time soon.
