First time dine in here. For starter we ordered fried oysters, it was delicious crispy outside and juicy in the inside. For main dish we ordered chicken curry with udon and Tonkotsu ramen noodles and sweet rice with mango for dessert. Food came out quick and service was outstanding. We’ll be back soon.
Awesome food.. want to come back again and again

Was passing through town and was told by a friend that I had to stop at Noodle Blvd and I am so glad I did! I had Jamie as a server and he gave the best service and brightened our entire family’s day after a long drive! He suggested the Chicken Curry and Duck Ramen and they were both so delicious and full of flavor. The Christmas decorations were beautiful! I love the nostalgic Christmas vibe it made me feel right at home. I will definitely be suggesting to anyone passing through the Raleigh area and we will be coming here many more times in the future!

Very small place and parking is not good. Food was very good! The noodles tasted fresh. I would definitely return!

Overall, the experience was very basic. Nothing about it stood out, and there were no real “wow” moments. The location is inconvenient with limited, difficult parking. The staff came across as judgmental and unfriendly, especially the hostess.

🤏🤏
I love this place, only giving 4 stars because the last two times service wasn’t very good. I ordered extra egg and didn’t receive it twice. The first time was fine they didn’t charge me but the second time they charged me for it. I didn’t bother going back in cause it’s $3. Imma still eat here though 😂 love the Bangkok ramen and grilled steak ramen. Make that a permanent menu item pleaseee….
Changed my review because for the 3rd time in a row I’ve had bad service. Watched tables that were sat before us get their food, over 30 minutes. I asked why our food hadn’t come yet and the h lied to my face and told me the steak ramen takes longer (I have ordered this before and this is not the case) they brought out the other two bowls and still didn’t have the steak ramen. Which means they never started our order. I wish they had just been honest because lying to my face is unacceptable. Accidents happen.
Absolutely live it
We have been long time customers since they opened but they were not up to their previous standards. The food was overcooked, or lacking some of the crucial ingredients. The service was distracted and not attentive to refills or making sure all the order was correct.

We went here because it was a couple blocks from our hotel, but it would be worth driving to. I had the shrimp tempura udon. While it wasn't the best I've had, it was pretty good. Well worth going.
TOFU CURRY SOUP IS INSANELY GOOD
Always wonderful experience trying their Curry Noodles
Great vegetarian ramen option in Raleigh. The tofu curry ramen is our go to comfort food.
I visited Noodle Blvd and was really let down. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the staff seemed friendly at first. There was no wait, which was great. I ordered the Spicy Seafood Tom Yum Ramen for $18, expecting a decent portion of noodles and seafood.
Instead, I got a small bowl that looked like it came from an instant noodle package — just two small shrimp and a few scallop pieces. The broth was flavorful, but the portion was disappointing and left me hungry. When I mentioned my concerns to the server, he simply said, “that’s how the bowl is,” and didn’t seem to care at all.
Then I noticed I was overcharged for a Thai tea. I showed the price listed on their own QR code menu. The server said the paper menus hadn’t been updated, offered to get the manager — but never did — and just returned to honor the online price with no apology or acknowledgment.
To ignore valid feedback, overcharge customers, and not even offer a simple apology is just bad business. I’ve been to plenty of local ramen spots with much better food, fair pricing, and staff that actually value customers. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
