A MUST TRY when in Cary. One of the best ramen shops I've been to. The chicken curry ramen is my go to, decided to switch it up though. Can't go wrong with any of them though

I've tried a few different items on the menu but it's the chicken curry Ramen that is my vice. A bowl of that warm yummy curry with the heat of your choosing hiding treasures of shredded chicken, baby bok choy, a spoonful of sour pickles at the bottom and heaped with noodles and bean sprouts. Then a kurage egg is finally revealed. When I want to divert a bit, I add a piece of pork belly. Oh my yum!

Look!! Safely!! There is no better ramel than the one they serve at Noodle Blvd., you will find something very well prepared, with a lot of flavor. There will always be a line to get in, there are no reservations, and the hours are restricted. Check before you go. The parking lot is relatively small, but...it's worth going to treat yourself, ahhh the attention and service are fast.
