I just want to express how great of a worker Rondo is , visit this location ! I just walked in had a long hard day and Rondo has the best customer service , before I wasn’t so pleased with the service and it took months for me to come back . But now I will be returning because of this experience . Rondo you are the best ! Keep up the great work!

Ordered the pesto cavatappi and creamy cheddar Mac and cheese. Both were prepared with the wrong pasta noodle. The pesto cavatappi didn't have any mushrooms and it had sun-dried tomatoes instead if the fresh cherry tomatoes. Order was for Togo so unfortunately we didn't find out until we got home. Everything just tasted off. Wasn't a fan.

Super disappointed with this place. I usually eat at Noodle Blvd which is right down the street. Tonight I decided to give this place a chance. I won't do that again. I ordered a regular pad thai with chicken. I paid for pad thai with chicken. My ticket says pad thai with CHICKEN BREAST. I got back to the hotel and found they gave me pad thai NO chicken. Not to mention I'm pretty sure they gave me a small order, not regular. For Asian style Noodles I'll go back to Noodle Blvd the food is so much tastier, portions more filling and they've never gotten my order wrong.

Disappointed to find out their menu has changed and many of our favorites are no longer available. There are no longer a variety of gluten free options besides a salad. I used to get their zucchini noodles which are no longer offered. They also used to have an amazing bbq chicken salad which is also not offered. I was not impressed with the salad I had. The service was good and the restaurant is nice and clean. No issues with the staff at all. Unfortunately, due to the menu change it is no longer a family favorite.

The food is always just ok, no big deal. Every time I visit this location it seems increasingly unkept. The drink area is always sticky and messy. Overall the location needs a good cleaning, because it is obvious that it is not being cleaned daily IMO.

I never review restaurants but I just came here and they’re the reason I’m about to be late to school because their workers are so extremely slow and have zero sense of urgency. I ordered at 12 and didn’t get my order until 12:45
This was my first visit to noodles and company. The prices were reasonable compared to many other places. I asked one of the employees named Rob for suggestions as I only eat halal and he was happy to customize my order of Pad Thai by making it an egg only option. Great ambience and pleasant staff.

First time here. I really wanted to try everything on the menu but settled with the Tortelloni garlic cream and added grilled chicken. My Fiance had the Buffalo chicken mac n cheese. We had a sharable korean meatball. We loved the freshness and flavor. The service was fast and friendly. The only disappointment is not coming here sooner.
