Came in on Sunday a little before 5 received great service to start from Betsy and my server Kenneth. I ordered the steak and salmon with the smothered mushroom gravy on my mashed potatoes and a side of broccoli. Everything great. I honestly had low expectations and was presently surprised. My steak was flavorful, did not need any steak sauce and the gravy was delicious. I'm very happy with my visit first time dining and will be returning.

While there wasn't many customers at all when we arrived there was the standard few to go bags lined up and a handful of tables started to be sat as we were finishing our meals.Atmosphere A:Everything looked very clean, and the overall atmosphere receives an A from me.Service A+:Martty was our server and he was great! Uneven seasoning, not very crisp, and the overall fry to fry experience changed drastically. I'm not that picky and still ate some and kept the rest to air fry back at my house.Overall pretty solid experience here, I am curious to see if things change if they are busy the next time I stop in.

We ordered takeout from this O'Charley's and I can confidently say that we'll never visit or order from this one again. One order of the club sandwich was incredibly soggy on the bottom and had the texture of a wet mop. Another order was the half rack of ribs and chicken tenders. My goodness. It was a pathetic attempt at ribs and greasy chicken. At least the bread rolls always seem to be good.

SMH. Where do I start? Wait time was 0 compared to others being 1-2 hours on a Saturday night. That was our warning. lol. Ethan was our waiter. Pleasant demeanor but not attentive. 1 person ordered a water WITH lemon & received a water AND a lemonade. No big deal. Our appetizer came out quickly. Then the main course came. SMH. We should have asked for a manager & walked out afterwards. My food came & my broccoli was literally in a folded over sandwich bag that was tied. The audacity to serve that to a customer. Not only did the cook not notice, but our waiter didn’t either. He really didn’t seem concerned about it. Didn’t offer to replace it, get their manager, etc. I was over it & didn’t want to complain much. I told him not to worry about it. I was ready to go home. Another person ordered the Bayou Shrimp pasta. SMH. Basically unseasoned alfredo. We mentioned it had no seasoning. We received a cup of ungrounded seasoning. SMH. The best thing was the bread. It was near closing at this point. We sent the flavorless pasta back & paid our tab.

We were very disappointed with O'Charley's. We placed an order for curbside delivery via their app. When we arrived at the restaurant we marked ourselves "here" and received a text saying that someone will be right out with our delivery. After waiting 20 minutes I went in to check on the status of the order only to find that it had been sitting on a shelf the whole time. I questioned how this mistake could have happened and the staff member informed me that they do not have curbside delivery. To top it off not one of the 5 orders we had was prepared correctly. We ordered 2 California Salads which are supposed to come with sliced chicken breast, neither did. They failed to include any utensils. Needless to say we will not be back to this establishment.

Had Vivianna as our hostess. She was energetic, beyond friendly, attentive, and an absolute joy! Couldn’t have asked for a better waitress. The food was excellent, and we appreciated all the time and effort she made to ensure our meal was not only tasty, but cooked to our standards.Kid-friendliness: Vivianna also was very friendly with my daughter, who is very much an introvert. She spent time trying to get her out of her shell, but let her know it was ok if she did not want to speak ? As far as the restaurant, they do have a nice variety of kids food choices, and it’s a family-friendly environment.
Service was average. The food was well below. Ribs were hard as rocks. "Famous" chicken fingers were over microwaved by about 5 minutes. Potato skins were only 2 minutes over microwaved, though. My first visit to an o’charleys and it’s about what I expected. There was only a couple people working- it was quite odd to see for how big the restaurant is. It took a long time to be seated even though there was hardly anyone there (I’m assuming due to staffing issues). We got seated in the bar and the waitress was very nice and friendly. She really wanted to make things nice for us which we appreciated. The food was average. Mac and cheese was good and the chicken strips were yummy, as was the margarita. I don’t recommend the catfish. Maybe if they had more people working the experience could have been better.

All I can say is there was nothing good about our meals. First, we ordered drinks that had absolutely no tequila in them at all. They were so tart and tasted like all mix. Next, we received our meals that were not good either. I ordered a meal with gravy, and there was hardly any on it. I asked for more but was told it would cost an extra $.99. My husband ordered salmon that was served burnt, and his side was 3 little asparagus spears. We left our drinks untouched and left half of the burnt salmon. All we got was I'm sorry when we complained, and a bill for $42.00. I was so pissed having to pay that. That was a lot of money for nothing!!

Ate lunch here. I see there are a lot of negative reviews well I had no problems. I was PROMPTLY seated and given a menu. The waiter was excellent he promptly brought my drink and fresh bread. I ordered the 6 ounce Salmon with mashed sweet potatoes and asparagus. Now it did take awhile to get my food but it wasn't an extraordinary wait. All the food was good. The Salmon appeared to be bigger than 6 ounces and the portion of mashed sweet potatoes was generous. The rolls were also fresh. My waiter refilled my tea without me asking. The booths and interior were in excellent shape and appeared to be renovated. The restroom looked aged but was clean. This was my first time eating here and the Salmon dinner small portion was an excellent deal for $14.99. I will be back
