I ordered the Chef Kim's roll, the Crazy Crunch roll, the Dancing Eel roll, the Sreaming O roll, and the Himachi Mania roll.These were all great rolls. The one I liked the most were the Screaming O roll and the Chef Kim's Roll. The flavor was great and the fis was fresh. Even after all this time, Oiso is still the best sushi place in Cary. Also, I just tried the tonkatsu for the first time today and it was the best I've had in the US, comparable to that in Osaka. It's awesome when a place keeps impressing over and over again!!

The sushi here is absolutely amazing! Everything we had was fantastic - you can't go wrong with any of it. And the price was quite reasonable so this place is definitely 10/10!

I'm not usually a fan of sushi, but my visit to Osio Sushi changed that perspective. The dishes I tried here were exceptionally delicious, high-quality, and clean. It was quite reassuring to see them prepared right before my eyes. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend it to others.
Beautiful little shop, very genuine and heartfelt food. Highly recommend the oiso roll. I've been here maybe a dozen times, the staff started to remember me after a few visits. Very personal and lovely people to be around. Top sushi chefs as well, they seem to take a lot of pride in their work. 20/20 stars.
