My husband and I came for a day date and had the absolute pleasure of having Shannel as our server. I use to travel the country to train new employees for Whole Foods and The Fresh Market. Shannel is the epitome of what every company strives for in their employees. She was attentive, kind and just overall lovely. Her smile is absolutely infectious and you can tell she is genuine when providing customer service. What more could anyone ask for, especially from Olive Garden themselves.
Ohhh and the food was delicious and hot/cold. Thank you all for amazing day date.

Ate dinner yesterday evening and woke 1 am this morning with food poisoning. I had the toasted ravioli, chicken alfredo, salad, and water with lemon. I was and still have had diarrhea and vomiting since one 1am. When I called the report it the manager had the nerve to ask me if it was the flu. I was Food Service in the Army for 23 years and I am appalled this happened. Never eat at any Oliver Garden establishment again

We had a great experience at the Olive Garden in Cary! The service was fast, friendly, and attentive without feeling rushed. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor, especially the breadsticks and salad, which were as good as everyone says! The restaurant was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere, perfect for a casual dinner out.

Overall, everything from the service to the food was spot-on. Highly recommend this location if you’re in the area and craving a solid and delicious meal. We’ll definitely be back!

Good food, poor service from bartender. She was nasty because I didn't like onions in my salad. Manager moved us to a table with a sweet waitress. I will think twice about returning.

This location is not quite as good as it used to be. Needs a good cleaning. Filtered water on point and portions were a good amount. However, chicken was chewy and pasta had hair in it. Bread was slightly stale and soup was luke warm. Not the worst visit but certainly not a typically OG experience. Waitress was pretty good which probably saved this review from a one star...she should be at a better restaurant.

When did this place become so bad!! First I got my food curbside, the bag busted soon as it was given, my Seafood Alfredo was not even mixed together, some of.my noodles were cold while others was hot!! What happened to the bread and salad?! I knew I would be able to eat that being that the main course was messed up. Very disappointed after spending 36.00 for a NOT GOOD AT ALL MEAL!!!!!
