The food was good but kind of cold, and the chicken didn't taste authentic.

Went to this Olive Garden on Sunday! Advice…DO NOT go here on Sunday. We ordered soup and salad. Soup bowl was placed on top of our cold salad plates.Very cold soup. My brother’s meal never came. Bread sticks came when we were all but finished with meal. Tea has no ice. Wait and wait for ice. Not to mention attitude of employees.

Jason was a fantastic server! Probably the best server we’ve had at this location. Food was good and came out in a timely manner. We got the lunch sized ziti and fettuccine alfredo. We also had a glass of the green apple sangria, which is delicious. Took one star off because the bathroom floor was sticky, but it was a good experience overall.

It's olive garden. When you are here, you're family. Like family you have to see at a wedding or a funeral and don't want to spend a lot of time with - so you take them to a terrible chain.
Food was great but the service was very slow, at times nonexistent. Ran out of drinks multiple times, brought an appetizer without and plates. Just not what we're used to at Olive Garden.

Got the 6oz Sirloin Medium. The steak came out overcooked almost burnt and was more the size of a burger patty. The pasta that came with it was two spoonfuls on it. I will never come back to this Olive Garden.

Not a shaming post, just the facts for hopefully the regional manager to see and to address. Before we walked into the restaurant, I noticed that the windows/doors were filthy with handprints/fingerprints. The lobby area had various pieces of trash/paper on the floor. While sitting at the booth I looked on top of a half wall separating dining rooms and it was covered with dust. Looking outside from our booth all windows were filthy, marked with finger prints but basically just plain dirty. First and last time visiting this location and maybe OG in general if this is the norm now. Service was decent enough and food was average, except the bread sticks were stale. Note: I have been to OG locations up and down the east coast for 20 years, and have always had a good experience. This visit was just horrible!

I had taken my husband there, it was his first time eating at Olive Garden. We were very unimpressed with the overall experience at this restaurant.
