Fun story: I live in Cleveland and my niece lives in Cary. She just got her Ph.D. and I wanted to celebrate her, so I Googled “best cake bakery in Cary NC” and Blue Moon popped up. I ordered a vegan chocolate cake, asked for a mortarboard and pink and yellow roses on the frosting, and they delivered it! She was ecstatic and they made me look good. Win-win!
