We came in to grab a meal before going to a sporting event. We were seated with ample time to get to the event, but the food was taking an unreasonable amount of time to come out. When I asked if they had an update the server went in the back to ask. When he came back he noted they were really sorry but they were trying to get the food out for a table of 20 first and that our food would be 10 minutes longer.
We had to leave….didnt even comp my $5 dollar beer. Place was obviously poorly managed and the communication about our meals could’ve come sooner. Giant waste of time.

We just ate at Outback steakhouse. We were disappointed. My husband and I ordered the NY strip, which were both burnt. My husband's had a lot of fat on it too. Our potato soup was cold. They had to take it bake to heat it. Our waiter was working a very large group and doing the best he could,so needless to say we waited for drink refills. The bread and sweet potato was very good. Definitely not the best experience today.

Got the Aussie 3 course meal with a ceasar salad, coconut shrimp, and Chocolate Cheesecake along with a Bloomin' Onion. Without being able to finish the meal, I asked to have the cheesecake and the leftovers boxed. I HAD NO CLUE HOW WELL THAT BLOOMIN' ONION WOULD REHEAT IN THE AIR FRYER. Truly another game changer.
